Summary: The admin elevator has been left open, its destination preprogrammed. Where is it going to take you?

The elevator doesn't announce itself when its doors slide open. There's no alarm, no message to be found about it. It sits open and waits for anyone curious enough to enter. There's a barrier on it that locks out anyone without a collar, and it isn't going to stay long, but aside from that there appears to be no security. There's nothing stopping someone--or multiple someones--from climbing into the elevator and going down.

Where's it going? Who knows.

Hub Area
A lounge area with sofas and chairs. It's large enough to hold the entire group, constructed similarly to the dorm rooms, and is connected to five doors.

[There's nothing in the pillows, at least, but it's a big bed. The static increases--it's now definitely intruding on their thoughts, making it difficult to focus.

The illusions increase--hands stretch out from the ceiling.

John's Altaria will face no difficulties in reaching Dave.]

[Son of a bitch this is getting crazy and the orb of sight isn't fully working on keeping him sane. He keeps from looking up (barely) and focuses on helping Zelda search the bed. If this gets any worse...

Well, to hell with it he'll apologize later if it comes down to it he is more focused on searching the room and getting out.]

[She grits her teeth against the static, trying desperately to push past it. C'mon, Zelda, stay calm, don't p̴̡a̧n͜i̷̢̡c̵̵͝.̕.̨҉.̵̛]

I'll look under the bed.

[She says, mostly to keep herself on track of what she needs to be doing. And she doesn't waste any time getting to work, in an instant on all fours and lifting up the bedskirts.]

[There's a heart-shaped button on the floor beneath the blankets and bedskirts.

The static has turned into a piercing whine.]

Found it!

[She screams over the sounds invading her thoughts, barely even making note of the shape of the button before slamming her hand down on it.]

[The floor of the room lights up pink--then the entire rest of the hallway outside of the room does, all the way back to the hub area, which lights up the area in front of the door in pink.

The effects of the room don't dissipate, though--the whining is growing painful now, and the hands are reaching deeper into the room.]

Move! Now!

[Arturia's head is pounding and she pulls on Zelda's shoulder to pull her from under the bed. She presses on her shoulder to keep her low, sword held above her head in an impromptu shield.]

[Arturia didn't have to say that twice, because Yu pretty much began acting as a rearguard the moment she pulled Zelda from under the bed. See you pink room, he will most certainly not miss you.]

[And there is no resistance to Arturia's tugging and pushing - the second she's on her feet, Zelda makes a beeline for the door.

Worst. Bedroom. Ever.]

[The oppressive, piercing feeling follows them; it begins to affect John as well, now.

All the books have crashed to the floor in the library. There are a lot of books.]

[As soon as Zelda is free of the door, Arturia dismisses Caliburn from her hand, scoops John up princess-style and makes a beeline for the door, not caring one iota about how many books she steps on along the way.]

Gah!

[Suddenly there are a lot of things going on at once and John is not entirely sure how to deal. His head hurts, books are falling off the wall and suddenly he is being scooped up princess style by King Arthur.]

[Sounds legit.]

[At least he has enough presence of mind to call Slimer and Chandel back into their balls. Because they have to get out of here in a hurry and he doesn't want them to be effected by any of this.]

[...Oh... Hell.]

ODIN.

[The purple-skinned ruler of Asgard appears behind him as he runs as well, not really caring abut how many books he steps on either. Odin blocks some of the books falling down upon them with his size, to be sure... but that isn't why he's been called forth. Instead, he simply casts Masukukaja on the four as they flee, giving them a speed boost because oh god oh man oh god oh man oh god oh man.

Yu doesn't even care that it kind of hurts him too, feeling the books falling on them. Though maybe having Isis clear a path would have been a good idea. Who cares though when whatever it was that was in there is following them...]

[It's not stopping.

Why isn't it stopping?!

Zelda follows the others' lead, scooping up her skirts and bounding over the piles and piles of books they must cross to reach the hub. The speed boost is greatly appreciated, though now is really not the time to be doling out gratitude.]

[Did pressing that button release whatever was in there? She doesn't doubt it, but now is not the time even for theories as they fly through the library as fast as they can, as she can feel the piercing whine crushing the back of her mind. She can't even bring herself to look back when she has a charge in her arms to look after and the others to fend for themselves.

She's seen all manner of terrain before in the past and, while speed is not her forte (thank you so much for that boost, Yu) a pile of books is nothing compared to doing battle in swamp lands or in the tangle of a forest.

She just has to keep moving and refuse to look back to see if those hands are following as well.]

[The hands are following, lurching out and stretching impossibly, but with the speed boost they're lagging behind.

The library's shelves twist and turn, but they at least haven't moved, and the door to the hub area is waiting for them.]

[...Yeah, fuck this shit-!]

C-change-!

[Odin disappears into the blue light of his summoning as Emperor changes to Hierophant (come on uncle-dragon please help us MOST OF US ARE PANICKING, HERE ;A;) and Kohyru materializes as they run beside him. But does he just keep running with the dragon beside them? Hell no, he jumps up and lands on its back just behind Kohryu's head. Simply because it's even faster than climbing and running over books.]

Climb on. [Get in the car on the dragon, girls (and John) we're getting out of this madness in protag style.]

[Arturia jumps onto the dragon with John in her arms and lands behind Yu without even thinking about it. She sets John down, then reaches over to pull Zelda up.

LET'S GET OUT OF HERE IN STYLE, GUYS!]

Wh... What?!

[Really, with everything she's seen and done, she shouldn't be the least surprised about a giant dragon appearing out of nowhere to save the day. But there are times to think about such things and there are times not to, and running from impossibly long arms is most definitely the later.

She grabs onto Arturia's hand with all her might, clawing her way onto the dragon's back as quickly as she can.

Let's blow this popsicle stand.]

[When John has more time to fully process exactly what is going on, he'll realize that in spite of the fact that they might die, this is actually pretty awesome. Because this shit is like straight out of the animes here. He is on a golden dragon with Princess Zelda, King Arthur, and...Yu. Who is pretty cool too but John has no fourth-walling knowledge of this particular protag.]

[If he could think properly right now, he'd be fanboying. But instead, he's just holding on to that dragon for dear life.]

[The hands lag behind more, though the fact that they don't have to go around the shelves in any way keeps them from being completely left in the dust. Still, it's not long before they'll end up sailing through the door, which will shut behind them.

There's the dull thud of something striking against the other side, but they've made it back to the hub for now. They are the first group to do so.]

[And Kohryu curls around in the hub with the four passengers still on his back, he and his summoner glad as hell that they made it back... and are apparently the first group to do so.

Guess that goes to show how efficient they were as a team. Yu sighs, looking over his shoulder to the other three.]

...Everyone alright?

[Considering whose room that was, that went pretty well.]

[John is still clinging to the dragon's hair, sitting stock still with his eyes wide and holy shit. They made it out in one piece didn't they? They're back in the hub.]

Heh...hehe...hehehehahaha!! Haha! [His entire body relaxes as he breaks into a giggling fit, letting go of Kohryu's hair. He's clearly okay, but give him a second to actually answer. For now all he can manage is a thumbs up.]

I'm well, though I think John may have gone mad.

[why else would he be laughing so hard?]

[Zelda's not getting off the giant golden dragon of awesome quite yet, the adrenaline in her system making her a bit too shaky to trust herself with standing. But... there's a bit of a relieved smile on her lips, one that grows with John's gigglefit, and she nods.]

Mm. We made it.

[Goddesses above, they made it, in one piece, and before anyone else. Damn, they're good.]

I think he is just... relieved.
