Summary: The admin elevator has been left open, its destination preprogrammed. Where is it going to take you?

The elevator doesn't announce itself when its doors slide open. There's no alarm, no message to be found about it. It sits open and waits for anyone curious enough to enter. There's a barrier on it that locks out anyone without a collar, and it isn't going to stay long, but aside from that there appears to be no security. There's nothing stopping someone--or multiple someones--from climbing into the elevator and going down.

Where's it going? Who knows.

Hub Area
A lounge area with sofas and chairs. It's large enough to hold the entire group, constructed similarly to the dorm rooms, and is connected to five doors.

It would be way too conchvenient. And I think...I think hitting the locks buttons make the most sense. Do we all want to take one or try and narrow it down further or what?

Dax being Dax, though, it's probubbly hiding in plain sight, like the key to the file cabinets was. Is there a little button that says 'lock' on it? Might be in a big bunch of 'em. If there is? I say we push it and be ready to run. I don't much like anemoneone staying behind...

[None of the buttons seem to be labeled beyond the vague categories and colors.]

I'm totally cool with hitting as many of the buttons labeled lock if everyone else is. [Let's do this. He's so ready to do this. Pushing buttons is the best thing. It's like all his kid cartoons coming true.]

I'm totally read if everything else is cool with it. What do we have to lose? [Don't actually answer that.]

I guess the lock ones do make sense... And I don't think we'll get in too much trouble if we hit the wrong ones.

[Or at least that's what he's hoping.]

Wait. Wait. I know I said push stuff, but let me think out loud here. Red's too obvious. Everyone thinks of pushing the red button. Green's too obvious, because that always means go. So if there's like a blue one...maybe that's it.

[So time to press the first blue 'lock' button that she saw, then. She just hoped that when she reached her hand out and pressed it that it wouldn't suddenly trap them all in there, or drop the floor out from under them, or anything like that.]

[Ventilation unlocked.

The vents, accordingly, open up. It's impossible to climb through them because they've got covers, though.]

Well, that did something...

[Ryoji's a little more reassured since the first button didn't cause anything dangerous to happen... so he's just going to hit a green 'lock' button.]

[There's only one green button. The floor lights up in the same shade of green, which shoots out back to the central hub, where it lights up the tile in front of Dax's door.]

[...] I think we won the button game. [This is the most anticlimatic adventure ever. It was like they were on super easy mode or something.] I think that's it. Wanna head out before something actually bad happens?

Holy shit, this was fucking anticlimatic as shit.

It's better that it is anticlimactic. We're all safe for now, and we can go catch up with everyone else.

So... we go to the lit-up door?

We say anticlimactic, but the boxes in the last room were moving, so who knows what they'll do on the way out. I think we need to get to that lit-up door as fast as we can get there and regroup with everyone else.

Whether the boxes do something or not, we should get going. If they get in our way, we can blast them.

[C'mon, people, let's go. The longer they dawdle, the more on edge Minato will get.]

Minato's right. Let's hurry, everyone.

[Ryoji's immediately at Minato's side, ready to provide backup if the boxes do move to block their path.]

[Wow okay that was a lot easier than they had thought. Suzaku nodded at the others and headed towards the door to open it.] Get out as quickly as possible, no one touch anything else.

[Dave shoves his hands in his pockets and is already heading out the door and back to the storage room filled with boxes.]

Hopefully everyone else is doing ok. [Hahah he doubts that.]

{The boxes have, as they were doing earlier, put themselves back. The door is, therefore, blocked with heavy boxes.]

I've got this one. It didn't come naturally, but let's just say a lot of practice and a really special teacher can make anyfin happen. Just step back for a second.

[Time for Feferi to break out a trick she learned in the tower, one she learned from her matesprit. She takes out her trident and plants it into the floor, and that's definitely some water vapor from the air pooling up around her when she leaps on top of it, then spins her body around. That water goes with her, shooting from both her arms as she spins. If that doesn't knock boxes back, she doesn't know what will.]

[The boxes fall over, revealing the rest of the room.]

Wow! Nice one. Let's hurry before they come back!

[Ryoji bolts straight to the door, shoving back any boxes that try to right themselves.]

Thanks! Someone reely special taught me. They...they're not here in the Tower anymore, but they'd want me to keep going. It's been a rough month getting to that conchlusion, but yeah.

[She'll explain the rest later. Now, priority is getting everyone out into the hallway.]

[They will face no more issues with getting out. They will return to the hub area, the second group to do so.]

Well I'm glad they did. [He waited for the others to go through, following them to the exit back to the hub.]

[Dave stays quiet as he walks with the group, mostly just listening to everyone else instead of speaking himself. He doesn't have much to say and he just wants to get back to the hub and see who's there.]

[Minato exit back to the hub area with everyone, looking around to see who else are back.]
