I am not Eye

Characters: Anyone (Animus and Destiny Strings)
Setting: All the levels, with the cafeteria, stairs and the dorms as the safe zones. You can find more about the event here. Remember the stages of insanity for the Animus characters!
Format: Any, start your open posts.
Summary: The tower appears to be overcome with a strange mist.
Warnings: general horror warnings for now

A strange, primordial scream. Perhaps something that didn't seem too out of place for this tower, yet there was something...off about it.

Then came a small series of rumblings. Something was stirring up in the tower. Thankfully the dorms seemed seemed fine. It was when you started to walk down that you realized something was wrong. There was dark mist everywhere. It wasn't natural. Even with a light, it was hard to see past the staircases into the levels, causing even more confusion. Thankfully, the stairs seemed to be safe and if you walked down the entire hundred levels, you'd notice that the cafeteria was safe too.

But that seemed to be it. Everywhere else, the mist was thick and seemed to hang on to the clothing and hair.

Then another noise rings out in every corridor, a laughter musical but somehow diabolical, not quite male nor female, asking a single question;

"Are you enjoying yourself?"

It looked like someone was wanting to play a little game with you.

[If it makes him feel any better, there's now the maximum amount of Rikufaces in the tower at four, and this one is the youngest.]

Got it! [He says this as he's casting Aeroga on him, then Terra. Then dodge-rolling out of the way at about the last second. The darkness worries him, because even though he himself has used darkness in the form of portals, he's never actually seen Riku use it at all.]

[MORE LAUGHTER. Yes, even when they dodge, his mad cackling continues. When they dodge his blows, he slams his Keyblade against the ground, sending a burst of dark energy up in their direction. Several bursts, really. Standard Dark Aura finisher...

And when that's done, he's already drawing back his Keyblade for another attack.]

[There's practically no time for the cloaked Keyblade Master to thank the younger Riku for his quick casting of that odd form of Aeroga. The amount of darkness coming from this Riku was more than a little worrying; he'd only ever seen himself and the formerly-blindfolded Riku use it on a scale similar to this. And that laugh...

Definitely something up, and this mist has to be the cause.

With one mad rush over, and Terra feeling rather fortunate that he'd been able to avoid those final bursts of energy, he takes a moment to glance back at his opponent, trying to guess what his next attack might be. And that particular preparation for the next attack looks like--

'Strike Raid!' He'd performed that attack himself so many times, had it used against him in spars, that there was no way he couldn't recognize it. While he could dodge the attack with relative ease, he also knew he could block it.

No time to think; just react. He narrows his eyes slightly in concentration, focusing on Riku in preparation for a Dark Volley. A second, maybe two, is all he needs. But that's also all the time Riku will need to use Strike Raid.

One Keyblade cloaked in Darkness, with power building at the tip, is getting pointed right at the elder Riku.]
Dodge this!

[As the volley goes off, he can only hope that he has the timing on the shotlock right.]

[He's not going to try attacking during those dark bursts, pausing just long enough to notice them and then he's rolling out of the way again. As soon as he gets up, he's about to retaliate, with the same attack even, but notices that Terra's also preparing an attack and stops.]

Hey, what are y--

[Then he cuts himself off, shaking his head and launching his own Strike Raid at Riku.]

[Riku's far too irrational to really care that he's being ganged up on. The dark volleys distract him from his Strike Raid and send him rolling back into a Tomb Stone, but he swiftly retaliates by striking his Keyblade into the ground.

Is that some rumbling underfoot? Spikes of earth springing upward? Yup, it sure is.]

[Oh, you have got to be kidding. Quake? This Riku could use Quake? Considering the size of the area affected by the spell in question and Terra's own lack of knowledge on what else the aggressor might have in his repertoire...

First, get out of the way of the Quake. A quick teleport, and he's out of the general range of the spell.

Second, cut off the power supply to those attacks. The same silencing seal that he had placed on Eikichi no more than a couple of weeks ago during the brief Q&A session with the admins should suffice. He concentrates again, gathering the power needed.

A spinning, blue glyph flashes beneath Riku, and a smaller black, clock-like glyph with a blue flame in the center appears above his head.

That... should make it a lot easier to get in close and knock him out. Your turn, younger 'Riku'.]

[Wups, time for more dodging. And confusion, because Quake isn't something he's seen so far...Riku, you are all kinds of confusing right now what are you doing. Not that Terra is much better, but at least his spell looks really cool--at least the glimpses he manages to catch while avoiding getting hit by the earth spikes. Or landing wrong and landing on his face.

He's trying to get behind Riku, and when he thinks he's got a clear shot, he rushes in for an attack.]

[That's because he didn't gain Quake until after he beat Shere Khan's Heartless. Snooze you lose, clone!

The silence glyph does render his second Quake attempt useless, however, and he snarls in response. He doesn't seem aware of Rep's current position, though, as his eyes remain locked on Terra.

The attack's all yours, clone!]
