Summary: Maka's exploring the tower. She's not amused.
Warnings: Cursing probably. Also, if you could fill this permissions post that would be great!

[Maka wakes up, expecting her bedroom with the sun shining through the windows and Blair curled up next to her, but instead getting the panic of sleep paralysis and the weird disorientation of waking up in a completely new room.]

[First, Maka goes to eat breakfast. Oatmeal, which is gross and kind of makes her want to throw up. She's got no interest in trying to mess around with the communication terminals, so she starts trying to figure out how the layout of this tower works. The half-hour ride down from the dorms to the cafeteria gave her an idea of just how big the place is, but somehow she didn't didn't really get it. It's huge, and every floor is weirder than the one before it.]

Meet new people! Or, there are lots of movies to watch, or you can spend time on the meadow floor...

There's lots of floors in the tower. I think the meadow is the prettiest.

Can you take me there?

Absolutely! [She perks up, and nearly flies to the door.] This way.

Thanks! [Maka follows, with a smile, black coat billowing behind her, boots clunking heavily on the floor.]

[And down they go to where the elevator is.] It's a very long walk if you want to walk the whole way.

I'd kinda like to see the other floors.

[heavenscorpse]

A lot of them aren't nice... But eventually you'll see all of them.

I'm sure I will. What's the faster way?

[heavenscorpse]

The elevator stops on a few of the hundred floors. You can walk from the nearest stop.

[the_word_is]

Okay. What floor's closest to the meadow?

[heavenscorpse]

The elevator stops at twenty-one, and then you go up four flights from there.

[the_word_is]

So, floor 25.

Exactly.

Sounds great! Is there breakfast down there too?

[heavenscorpse]

That's all the way on floor number one.

Can we do that first?

[heavenscorpse]

Of course! Let's just take the elevator down there, a hundred floors is a long walk.

[the_word_is]

Okay! Lead the way.

[heavenscorpse]

[This way to the elevator~ It'll still be a long ride down, but not as long.]

[the_word_is]

[A half hour is a long time, but not as long as it would be to walk.]
