|002| I have seen the dark universe yawning.
Characters: Sam Erstwhile and YOU
Setting: All over the tower- you choose where!
Format: I'm doing action at first, but I'll follow whatever you have!
Summary: Sam comes back...not quite himself.
Warnings: Extremely serious body horror (there's a picture you can click to see included in the description), as well as the usual brainwashing related to what he went through. Possible extreme violence, gore, body limb removal and death due to malfunction, if you want to risk that. Also disorientation and dizziness due to his impossible appearance!
LUCIDITY
[Out of all the horrible things that were once your friends going around the tower...this might be one of the worst.]
[Because at first, you can't even believe that what you're seeing is human. It's just a mess of body parts- eyes where they shouldn't be, multiple arms, some of which belong to monsters, jutting out from random places, teeth snapping in the folds of skin, so obviously warped. And one of the worst things is is that it constantly changes. Blink, and some of those arms are gone, to be replaced by spikes. Blink again, and the eye which was staring at you is now an open toothy mouth, dripping saliva. It hurts, it honestly truly hurts to look at, because unless your brain is used to such impossible sights, then it's going to be aching with trying to figure out what it's looking at.]
[But somewhere in there, if you can manage to look close enough, there is part of a human face, a young man with the saddest blue eyes you have ever seen trying its best to stare back at you. And it's crying, it's voice filled with absolute fear and sorrow.]
Oh, god, oh god, please don't hurt me!!! Please help me, it hurts, please, please, I don't mean any harm, I don't...
[What do you do? He doesn't seem to mean any harm, despite his grotesque appearance...]
COMPLIANCE
[Other times, though, this monster succumbs to that brainwashing chip in his mind, and he can be found wandering around, his eyes blank as he goes around doing what he should be doing-ordering others around. He must keep things working smoothly. He's in charge. He's always been one of the ones in charge.]
[And he will make sure that every drone he comes across is doing it's job well. Or else he'll have a few words with them if they aren't.]
ERROR
[And then, at the height of those moments of sanity, something kicks in, something primal and fierce and full of greed.]
[Don't even come near Sam when these malfunctions hit. Because to him, every limb, every body part...he has to add them to himself. He has to collect them, delight in their beauty, allow his body to absorb them all and become a part of himself. Any body part will do. Arms, legs, eyes, noses, brains, hearts, hands...all is fair game.]
[Under that sorrowful gaze, there's a beast just waiting to take the prey it so deserves.]

[It still hurts as it plunges in, and Sam even lets out a slight whimper of pain, but Sam's no longer focusing on that at the moment. Instead he tightens his grip around her neck as tight as he can, using his other strange limbs he has to grasp harshly at her wrist, at her shoulder...anywhere he can reach.]
[And finally, one of his hands pulls out that knife, before it reaches to tug at a loose corner of one of the pages covering her face.]
Don't you dare. Want me to pull this off? Because I most certainly can.
no subject
Even though that tendril was wrapped tightly around her neck, she still attempted to speak.]
Give me back the dagger.
no subject
[He's toying now with the edge of that page on her face, as if any second he's going to rip it clean off.]
If I do, you'll just hurt me again...and I don't want that.
[He draws close, breath warm against her literal paper-thin skin. Oh, he rather enjoys this- he's tired of the same old pathetic persona he has to put on time and time again. Finally, for once, he can let his true personality breath a little. It's not like she'll remember it later to put two and two together.]
So, how about you let me leave...and I let you live, hmm? Sounds like a fair trade to me.
no subject
If you give me my dagger and let me live, I shall let you alone..for today.
no subject
[He brings the dagger up to the side of his face for the eyes there to take a closer look at, the wry smile on his face reaching where his ears usually would be. His grip tightens slightly as he tilts his head at her.]
Not good enough. How about you leave me alone for good[A chuckle.] I won't feel bad about it either way, you know.
no subject
[Even though he's grinning, Tohko is not. Even though old emotions were surfacing, she pushed them all away as she spoke. After all, they were useless.]
..Alright then. I shall leave you alone. Give me back the dagger and unhand me.
[Well, she would just spew some empty words here. If she did see Sam again though, she would have no problem going back on her word.]
no subject
[And like that, the tendrils and numerous hands retreat back into his impossible body, releasing their grip on her body. The dagger is still in his hand, though, and that grin isn't going anywhere.]
Say, how much do you really want this dagger, huh? How desperate are you to have it?
no subject
It would help me fight and defend myself against those who would attack me or go against the Administrators.
no subject
[He chuckles, as if he finds the very thought amusing.]
Not a bad little goal! Though you're working for the Administrators, so that's not good at all. I don't know if you should have it...then again, I'm a nice guy, I wouldn't want somebody to be completely defenseless.
[That's a lie, but like he really cares if it is. His hands moves to hold the dagger like a dart, though still keeping it within her reach.]
Tell me, how good are you at playing fetch?
no subject
[Tohko listened to him speak, but she didn't reply until he asked the question. However, she didn't take her eyes off the dagger.]
I am the one usually tossing the daggers, so I am good at retrieving them.
no subject
[Tsk tsk, ruining his possibility at having a good laugh. How pathetic. He shakes his head.]
...Your dagger. When using it against, say, something as hard as bone, can it cut through? Or is it hard for you? Some daggers are stronger than others, you know.

[And in the blink of an eye, he'll stab the dagger right through her shoulder, twisting it a little just to create maximum pain.]
Oh, it isn't that bad, you're right! I should have never doubted you.
no subject
You should not have.
[And she'll just..try and grab her dagger while it's within reach.]
no subject
[Well, not what he was wanting, but still. It was something. With a growl, he slams his arm hard into the side of her head in an effort to knock her down or at least confuse her.]
I'll do what I want, thanks.
no subject
For the moment.
