Format: I'm gonna go brackets, because I'm lazy.
Summary: Karkat's still healing from Vriska's attack, and now he's feeling even more paranoid than usual.
Warnings: Karkat's paranoia is also pretty crippling, give him a minute to calm down

[Being in the infirmary for a week has really done a number on Karkat's psyche. Truthfully, sitting still for this long is really starting to get old, but considering the hospital staff won't talk to him, he's unbelievably afraid of getting up and walking around. So he simply stays, staring like a zombie at the ceiling, pupils slightly shrunken into their sockets.

He has to get out of here. What if Vriska snaps again? Or worse, what if Terezi snaps? WHAT IF THE WHOLE TOWER WANTS HIM DEAD, WHY THE FUCK IS HE STILL HERE.......

Pull it together, Karkat, you're being a nooksucking idiot. Keep calm and lay still.]

You'd probably be better off if she did kill you. I got fucking vapourized by Psiioniic the other day, and I just woke up later, perfectly fine. [He's joking, sort of] Don't worry, I won't say a word to Vriska. So it's sorted out, I guess? You don't seem mad.

I can't really blame Vriska. I know what its like.

[He grins up at Karkat and reaches out, ruffling his hair, then bends to wrap the fresh bandage around his torso]

That's okay, then. You have nothing to be jealous of, though. Just because you have the same name and general appearance as the other Karkat, doesn't mean they like you more.

Don't think she has a lot of friends, and none of mine are here. The only one from my timeline that isn't a douchebag that was here was Harley, and he vanished a while ago.

[He subconsciously lifts his arms, eyelids drooping softly.]

What are you talking about? [Eyeroll. He shifts closer, having to wrap his arms around Karkat to place the bandages] You haven't made any friends since you GOT here?

[He practically spits his name, which causes a flinch when Signless moves around him again.]
