Setting: During the Rebellion event; choose the floor on the lower floors
Format: Action because I am lazy
Summary: Hei is turned into a drone, becomes near untouchable thanks to his livewires, and is planning on ripping bodies apart.
Warnings: bodies ripped apart maybe, character death, possible gore. Also, Kirika has killing dibs. Please post in the subject line if you want your character to die.

[Wherever Hei was, he wasn't in the driver's seat at the moment. What was there was a drone in his place, mindlessly going from place to place. You might see Mao the mogwai trying to stop him, only for the little creature to be kicked away. Trying to fight all tired Hei, each second seemingly tearing him apart. Nothing was in control, and he could only watch in horror as his new body tore apart.

Then the malfunction came.

At this point, he really couldn't do anything. There wasn't Hei there, just a toy of Jason's lurking around, seeking only one task: to break bodies, to attack and gain those organs and such. The snakes on his skin were all the clearer, glowing. The livewires were in effect, making him that much faster. Those that found him might want to be cautious, as the desire to follow through with destruction was clear.]

[Kirika had survived so far from this ordeal. She has watched the people who she was familiar with transformed into something else, a toy for the administrators. There were barely few who were left sane with no explanation. Even so, something else was important to her.

When Hei stepped into the cathedral, Kirika's voice echoed calling the mogwai]

Mao... [Kirika was at the stage with both hands in her pocket. She motioned her head one side hoping the mogwai can take a hint. Then her eyes searched Hei's. She couldn't see his life in there. It felt hollow like a puppet on strings. Kirika continued to search those eyes to see if there was just anything.]

Hei?

[Mao frowned, looking up at Hei, until the creature moved away from the two in a panic. Given the step-forward Hei gave, he wasn't in his right mind. There was no way to stop him it seemed, the malfunction telling him one thing.

Kill Kirika.

But at the same time, he tries to resist in a mental battle. Useless. He needed another task, another distraction--

Mao. Hei's gaze turned to Mao. The frightened mogwai seemed terrified now, running away as Hei went after it.]

[Shion was trying to keep on as normal, though it was hard. Xion had been turned and he spent most his days trying to keep an eye on her, trying to help her.

Others he knew had been turned as well, and it made him furious and sad.

When he saw Hei his eyes grew wide, the man had been kind to him after Elena had disappeared, and now he was hurt... like so many others...] Hei...

Hei!

[Not Mao! Kirika quickly withdrew a string of wires from her pocket and whipped them towards Hei's feet in hope to tangle one of them. When the hook was caught, she pulled back as hard as she could.]

[Hei stared at Shion. Clearly he wasn't all there, and was moving towards Shion. Bodies needed to be broken apart, right? It was the current job right now.

Shion. RUN.]

[Hei glanced, stopping in his tracks. No, the attack was overriding everything! He didn't avoid on time, but instead hung onto one of the pews. With great strength, he pulled right back, intending to carry Kirika with him with such a pull.]

[He wanted to run, but he also wanted to help Hei, after all Hei had helped him only a little while ago and he wouldn't leave him now.]

Hei it's me... Shion... can you hear me?

[Electricity crackled around Hei's fingers. Even with the enhancements, his abilities still worked, though a bit unstable. Hei was getting close, staring at Shion with near dead eyes.

Those snakes on his skin only brought pain, but it was ignored. Accomplish mission. Finish this...]

It's Shion Hei, can you hear me? [He's shuffling backwards but he doesn't want to fight him, because Hei had been kind to him and was Elena's friend.]

[When it came to strength, that could over power Kirika's fragile body easily. Just as Hei would of expected, Kirika's body was pulled forward. Quickly she slid between the pews and dug her foot against the seat of the pews. She pressed her feet hard enough to use her body's weight. At the time the wires began to cut through the skins of her hand. She wasn't used to handling wires. Now the question is, how long could she hold him?]

[The wires weren't meant to cut, but they weren't easy on the skin either. Reacting quickly, the drone acted, throwing a knife to cut the cord of the wire, falling back onto the pew. Shaking its head, it holds another knife, and hurled one his knives at Kirika, intending to kill his target.]

[There is no response, only that tired stare as he kept walking. Whatever was left of Hei could not hold him back, no other duty but to perform.

Break.

Break.

Break.

The only order around now.]

Hei... [His eyes dart around and the moment he senses an opening he darts forwards, trying to run past Hei.]

[The thing that was Hei dove at Shion, both hands out to try and hold him down with great strength, unless Shion dodged the oddly predictable move.]

[He tried to dodge at least, diving to the side and trying to roll out of the way.]

[Hei dove and missed, hitting the ground, but flipping back up, staring at Shion and racing towards him again.]

Shion stumbled backwards, not wanting to attack. Not able to attack. Because if he did... what if he couldn't stop. What if he killed him... like he had Reno...

[The drone flips back up, brandishing a knife. It was now or never to try and fight, or flee, the latter being the wisest option. Hei holds it up, rushing towards Shion.]

[He didn't want to fight, but he was trained by Reno and couldn't not defend himself, he brought his EMR up to block the knife.

Fight it was.]

[Hei quickly backed off, body twisting as he brought out yet another knife. His body had only been enhanced with the livewires, making him that much quicker with his hands. He attempts to slash at Shion, aiming to cut him from two sides.]

[Two knives, Shion concentrated he was only going to defend, find a chance to escape when he could. He wasn't going to hit Hei. He brought his EMR down to block one side and tried to move in that direction to avoid the second strike.]

[Noticing how he was dodging, Hei spun, delivering a kick to Shion's stomach, intending to knock the young man off balance with it. Drone or not, it had Hei's combat instincts.]

[The kick landed, and Shion went sprawling, he was fast to get back up though, going back into a defensive position.]

[Hei watched Shion, not going on the full assault just yet. The drone put away his knives, bringing out a wire and tossing at Shion, aiming for the legs and intending to tie and trip the young man again.]

[Shion really had to learn to defend against these wires, as it was he ended up in a heap on the floor.]

[Tied up, the aura around Hei sparked, dangerous electricity being sent towards Shion. Obviously meant to hold and be fatal, and ever since using the Materia, the strike only seemed to be getting stronger.]

[Shion screamed as the first wave of electricity hit him] Hei...

[The drone only applied more, still trying to kill them.]

[He screamed again, no name this time just wordless pain and tried to cling on to life, he had promised Xion he wouldn't die again.

Ultimately he failed though.]
