oo1. I've got headaches and bad luck. [open!]
Characters: Apollo Justice and you!
Setting: Room 4-20, the two libraries, and the fourth floor.
Format: I'll be starting with action, but I'll match whatever's given.
Summary: Curious lawyers and horror towers don't mix well. Apollo's arrival accommodates an abundance of apprehensive attempts to accustom an attorney to the abundance of aspects Animus animates.
Warnings: None that I can think of!
room 4-20 [closed to roommates].
[Apollo wakes with a start. Or, at least he would if he could. It doesn't take very long for the panic to set in - being of sound mind and body most of the time, the sleep paralysis is unusual, and it definitely doesn't help that he has no idea where he is. When the thirty seconds are up, he manages to stay in bed rather than roll out of it as quickly as he can. He takes his letter with shaking hands and tries to absorb the information all in one go. It doesn't work, of course, and he ends up sitting in bed, rereading the letters several times.
Once he puts down the papers, he goes to his trunk and stares at its contents. The tremble is still present, his eyes are unfocused, and he's trying his damnedest not to panic.]
floor 19 library.
[After tripping over several stair cases and almost forgetting about the existence of the elevator altogether, Apollo manages to find himself in the library. The relief that washes over him is evident in the color in his face - he looks livelier now, though you might be able to blame the flush on his running around. He pores over as many books as he possibly can, and his frustration over the lack of information about the tower slowly grows. If you were to speak to him, he might just break out an example of his Chords of Steel.]
floor 3 library.
[As he goes through the books on this floor, he seems to be taking his time. He has several stacks of books next to him as he sits alone at a table. It's always best to gather as much information on a subject before tackling it, Apollo believes in this firmly. Though by now, his shoulders are tense and each flick of the page seems to be wrought with irritation.]
floor 4 lounge.
[Having done as much research as he could manage, Apollo has decided that trying to get his mind in order is his best choice of action. He's curled up on a chair near the corner of the room, staring out the glass walls. That tension is still about him, clear in his tight shoulders and defensive posture - his knees are drawn to his chest and his arms are wrapped around them - but he seems to be calm and collected.]

By the time he could move, all he could manage was to sit up with a gasp. Everything else could come later, once he had himself back under control. His eyes darted around the room, but nothing looked familiar.

With wide eyes, Apollo scans the room as quickly as he can. When his eyes land on Mamoru, he opens his mouth to speak, but it takes a while before words actually come out.
"Wh-- Who are you?"

At least the fear said whatever was going on, it wasn't Apollo's fault, but maybe he'd still know enough to enlighten the rest of the class.

Floor 3 library | ... the alliteration in that warning, why aren't you playing Valant
They're watching for a bit before they poke their head over to see what you're doing, since you scream of "fresh meat" to them, and Link is always a curious, helpful sort. ]
... The frustration is natural, they have removed any references to the Tower itself, but I might be able to help you a little more than a book... if... you would like?
[ The weensy blue rooster in Link's arms clucks quietly. Who are you, person? ]
if only i had the creativity to spare to do that all the time, haha
His eyes slide down to the chicken as he realizes that there are words coming out of this person's mouth, oops.]
...Uh?
[Blinking, he quickly returns his gaze to Link's face.] A-Ah, I think-- That would be great, actually. I mean, if you don't mind.
hahaha same, I'd need a dictionary all the time
Well... this is the Tower. But I suppose that is obvious. Um... what kind of questions do you want to know most? I guess we could start there, if you would like? If I am able to answer, I will do my best to help.
[ Link's a naturally quiet sort, recent issues compounding it not withstanding, but if it means helping someone, they've got no problem talking. Plus, Navi isn't here to do that for them. ]
yep, pretty much! i had one open the whole time i was brainstorming words.
Well all you need to do now is practice CHORDS OF STEEEEEL!!!!
I don't have anyone to yell OBJECTION!! at ):
you can yell it at the admins :C
that is an option indeed.
Link thinks it is a really good option, she also suggests punching Jason in the face. : |b
oh, if only apollo were the type to mess with authority figures.
he should go perceive Jason's weak points so LINK can go PUNCH THEM :Db
/stares intensely at the admins. GOTCHA! SIC EM, LINK!
YES GOOD WE MAKE THE BEST PARTNERS, APOLLO >:3
A timeless, elven warrior and a rookie defense attorney with good eyesight! Perfect!
THEY ARE THE BEST TEAM.

However, when she saw a boy looking through a book, she wandered up to him, her stalker not too far behind.]
Good morning! Need help finding anything?
no subject
G-Good morning. ...It's morning?
But, uh. I guess if you know if there's any information at all about the tower here, that'd be nice to know.
no subject
Maybe not, but to some people, it might be. It's just a simple habit of mine. Don't worry about it. However..there aren't really any books that tell you about this Tower. The Administrators pulled all those books off the shelves, and no one has been able to find them yet. If you really want a good record of what's been going on here, the network is another place to look, but it does take awhile to slog though everything.
However, if you want, I would be more than happy to tell you everything I know about the Tower.

Hello roomie
As far as anyone here can tell, the letter's correct. If you want food, it's on the first floor. You can take the elevator if you want. Eat the oatmeal first, you won't be able to eat anything else until you do. And you might want to watch out for the monsters.
\o/
Wh-wh-what?
[He's not really ready to take information properly right now. With a frown, he shakes his head as if to clear it.]
O-Okay, elevator, oatmeal, and... monsters. G-Got it. Thanks.

Pardon me, but judging by all those books you have stacked on the table, I cannot help but come to the conclusion that you have just arrived in this miserable place?
[And if Apollo turns his head, he will see a certain famous prosecuting attorney standing at the other end of the table, stern expression and all. The guy's left arm is in a sling, thanks to him being attacked in last month's event. He is also holding a piece of paper in his right hand, which looks like it contains a map of the residential area and a list of some floors.]

Yeah, I just got here. It took some searching, but finding the libra--
