[And so once again, to the kitchens. There’s a certain irony in what Rise said, even if it’s not actually true, because hadn’t Asch joked about exactly this with Guy before the blond disappeared for good?

Whether it’s true or not, it’s better safe than sorry. That’s why they’re down here, sorting the flowers and other plants out from everything else, just in case. Especially since, if memory served correctly, this had happened before during one of Riki’s months last year. Of course, they aren’t just there for providing edible substances... but likely to give a few pointers as well if you aren’t exactly up to par with them and along the lines of mystery “food” X.]

[Tear makes her way to the kitchen after her conversation with Rise over the network, still a little confused about all that's going on. However, she figures that now would be a good time to introduce herself to Luke's Yu-sensei.

She casually walks in for the first time and looks around. She's been there for well over a week and it's pretty sad that she didn't know that working in the kitchen was something that the residents could do at any time.]

[To be quite honest, it had taken him a good week or two himself to find this out himself. No one tell the others that, though. Going through the plants, he ends up placing them off to the side when he hears another voice coming from the entrance.]

[Says the one with grey hair and an apron on.]

[She spots the grey-haired young man and has to fight back the urge to laugh at the sight of him in an apron. He reminds her vaguely of Guy, but only just because of the sight, nothing physical.

She steps more into the kitchen, trying to seem as nonthreatening as possible, considering she's been a soldier for the last four years.]

Hello. My name is Tear, and Rise Kujikawa said that I should come here for the group that would be cooking without poisoning? E-evidently, Luke asked her to include me. [Yes, that might be a slight blush, but she'll never admit to it.]

[Aw, come on... and here he thought that it was cute enough. 8( In fact he likely would have topped it off with the nyan cat scarf that Kanji had made for him were it not for the fact that it was still flammable.

She doesn't believe the rumor, but she's cautious by nature and to be be singled out to be warned about the food has her hackles up.]

I haven't had any issues with the food myself, but I am a healer capable of purging most illnesses from my body and those of my comrades. I offered my services to Rise in case anyone ended up poisoned, but I haven't heard about any need for my services.

It's nice to finally meet the person that Luke calls teacher. He's only given that position to my brother before. I'm glad that he's found someone more worthy of his trust than Van.
