Positive Thinking [Open]
Characters: Romeo and you!
Setting: Cafeteria, Breakfast
Format: Whatever you like!
Summary: Romeo and Piccolo eat food
Warnings: None at the moment
Romeo poked at his food before bringing the spoon to his mouth and eating it quietly. He was taking a long time to eat, not because he didn't like the food but because it was obvious no one was going to take it from him if he didn't hurry. He was trying so very hard to keep his spirits up and for a few days it had worked, he had explored everywhere, he had done his job with enthusiasm even though it made him feel dizy and sick. But today it was harder, he missed his friends; his friends who were all dead if the letter he had gotten was true. He saw no reason for those who ran this tower to lie, they had them all trapped anyways.
At least if his friends were all dead then they were with Alfredo, Romeo had searched the tower the last few days and had not seen any of his friends or family, which meant that whoever had 'rescued' him hadn't rescued them as well, which wasn't fair at all.
Piccolo nudged him with his nose, startling Romeo out of his own thoughts. "You're right," he murmered dipping his finger in his oatmeal and letting Piccolo eat some. "I have to keep my spirits up!" He took a breath and punched the air with his fist. He looked around suddenly, sensing someone watching him.

Going to bed after this post, but getting in on this!
He didn't say anything, just grinned a little, then went back to writing.

She watched him for a bit, then approached, stepping back and laughing when he did that fist punch thing.
"SÃ, that's the spirit, chico," she smiles widely, taking a seat beside him. "Don't look so sad."

Despite her contemplative words, Prussia can't help but lean over, extended a hand to see if the animal would come closer.

"I was teasing you, boy. It would be a waste of a pet. I suppose some of them were made to come with us to this place."
With that, she shrugged the chick nestled on her shoulder so it skittered off her arm and across the table.

But it looked like there was another boy here around his age. He felt awkward, but he at least wanted to say hello to him. So Fletcher approached the table, and asked, "Can I sit here?"

"I'm Romeo, and this is Piccolo!"

"Thanks," he said, and took a seat across the table from Romeo. He held a hand out to Piccolo curiously. "I'm Fletcher."

"You can pick him up if you want," he said nodding at Piccolo, "But he will try and steal your food!"
no subject
"Ah-- is he hungry?" he asked, looking at Piccolo. "I can share..."
