Characters: Ren, open!
Setting: Floor Ten
Format: Action or prose.
Summary: Ren tries to drink the aquarium water.
Warnings: Nothing right now.
[As the days go on, Ren is starting to notice many things about this tower. One is that it's crawling with living people, something she is both frightened and astonished by. The second is that there's many weird treasures and cool things she's never seen before. One of those floors she's exploring happens to be the aquarium.
She walks around, staring at all the fish and curiously poking at them. Some try to bite her and when that happens, she jumps back. Other times they just follow her finger with their eyes. In one that seems safe, or at least without any fish that feel like nipping her, she purses her lips and tries to get a drink.
Unfortunately that water happened to be the salty kind. She immediately pulls back and sticks out her tongue. She rubs at her face with her arms to get the salt out of her eyes, making a disgusted expression.]
Yuck! I don't like it.

he turns about half-way up, looking down at her and arching a brow.]
...What are you doing?
i understood. it was totally magical.
[Like that wasn't obvious. Ren keeps to the bottom of the stairs, holding onto the edge of the wall to hide, just in case. She's starting to look nervous.]

[To prove it, she places a hand over her heart to doublecheck. Yep. Still alive and kicking.]

[She was hoping you would lead her to a river or water pipe or something.]

he sighs, shifting to face her and looks unamused.]
