(no subject)

Characters: Miles Edgeworth and you! (although second prompt open only to Phoenix Wright)
Setting: 24th June. During the day.
Format: Action but I'll match.
Summary: Maya's left the tower and Edgeworth's going to have to tell a certain someone.
Warnings: Angst I guess? Also reference to character death.

Graveyard, open.
[So, it was true. Maya had indeed disappear from the tower. Her name on the door to her room had vanished. When Edgeworth went to the graveyard to check the gravestones, his worst fears were confirmed.

What happened to Maya? Did she go somewhere else? Did the administrators take her somewhere?

....Was the prosecutor actually going to see her again?

In Edgeworth's view, Maya was someone who had gone through a lot - not only in the tower, where she had 'died' three times but also at home. Her mother disappeared when she was a child, she lost her sister to a murder (and was framed for it), she was taken hostage once and later she witnessed her own mother's murder.

Ever since Edgeworth arrived in Animus, he had been keeping a close eye on Maya. She may have been bizarre but she was also his friend a good-hearted girl who strove to do the right thing. Not only that but Maya was Phoenix Wright's friend. Edgeworth felt unsure how to face Phoenix if something happened to her.

And now something had happened.

Miles Edgeworth can be found standing in front of Maya's 'grave', looking more solemn and gloomy than usual. Even without the gravestone, it is not exactly difficult to tell that something is wrong.

Hallways - open to Phoenix Wright

[After contemplating Maya's departure, Edgeworth decided to go straight to Phoenix's room. If anybody had to be the first to know that Maya had gone, it would have to be Phoenix. Maya was Phoenix's assistant and one of his closest friends.

Edgeworth was not sure how the former defense attorney was going to react to this news - not when it was a different Phoenix. Whether or not this Phoenix would be able to take the news better, Edgeworth did not know. However, the prosecutor knew he had to be strong - for his friend's sake.]

[Tetra was vising the graveyard herself that day, going to find the grave that belonged to her Link and finding it a little funny how possessive that sounded each time she said it. But he was her Link, the Link that helped her and joined her crew, that was going to help her create a new kingdom on the Great Sea.

For awhile, she just sat at Link's grave, holding the little figurine of King Daphnes that he had given her and glancing at her still bandaged hand. She gives a little prayer at the grave, very quiet and spoken carefully in Modern Hylian, before getting up and starting to head out.

She stopped though as she spotted Miles at one of the new graves. Tetra couldn't quite remember seeing him before but she hadn't ever been a really sociable type of person. The small pirate made her way over to him and peeked at the name on the grave.]

[That's alright, Tetra didn't talk feelings much either. That didn't stop her from showing them or spotting his though. Even without the Triforce of Wisdom, kids were intuitive and Tetra was no exception. Especially growing up on the Great Sea.]

Y'know, she's not really dead. Someone dug up a grave when this floor first appeared and found out it was empty.

[Tetra. Tetra no. This is not how you cheer someone up.]
