Before the Meeting:
To say Yukiko was nervous was an understatement. She picked a few notes at the piano she'd chosen to call the meeting together on - she could play a loud middle C, but that was it - now and then, but she was still pacing a little and definitely nervous. Anyone wanting to approach her to calm her down would be most appreciated.

OK. He had to admit (inside his head and not out loud that would just make him look stupid) that that was probably one of the weirdest things he'd seen. Er, weirder than... usual. The point was he wasn't expecting it despite the display earlier-- maybe he just didn't expect someone to help him out just like that.
"Thanks?" He was trying his best to not be totally perplexed though!
"...No problem." He added after a few seconds of silence. He'd never seen this girl before, but he was pretty sure she wasn't a persona-user, so... he did mellow up a little bit. "You don't know any of that Nyarlathotep crap, do you? Neither do I. Maybe a while ago I would've cared, if it had something to do with where I came from-- but getting worried over shit in the past isn't really helpful. Kinda pointless by now."

"I know... a little about him, from some of my friends from that other place, Hinoto-Ri, when they were both in the Tower but..." she trailed off, shaking her head, "It doesn't really affect me, either."
The change in demeanor is a little bit noticeable, enough that some of Xion's nervousness fade. She'd been a little unsure how he would react, given what had happened earlier. But he didn't seem ready to snap or anything like that, so she was probably okay.
"I'm Xion," she added.

He debates continuing, but after a moment of an odd mix between a pout and a grimace from his mouth, he held his hand out in greeting and continued with a bit more nonchalance. "Jin."
