1st Swing

Characters: Mayu, open
Setting: Dormitories, Cafeteria
Format: Action
Summary: First day in the Tower.
Warnings: Crazy midget axe-wielding singers.

A) Room 1-09
[Mayu awakes with a jolt, looking about with wild eyes, hands going to her neck almost instinctively, finding the collar and... Mayu can only sigh.]

...Lost my head again?

B) Dorms
[Mayu can be found half dancing, half skipping about the dormitory corridors, apparently trying to take in everything at once... axe twirling about in one hand. Is it normal for new arrivals to be this... merry?]

C) Elevator
[You know how long it takes for the elevator to reach the bottom? Because Mayu is finding out the hard way.

...Who wants to spend it with a bored, axe wielding midget?]

D) Cafeteria
Huh?!

[Guess who just found the cafeteria menu]

But is all dull!

"This time"?

[What kind of world did you even come from, child.]

N-no. Most here are just trying to survive, really.

[Well, there are the experiments and the games, buuut let's take it one step at a time.]

... Well. One of the people in charge likes to play "games" with us, but, fortunately, she is only in charge once every four months.

[Head. Tilt.]

You have been in a similar situation before?

I see. [Sort of.] How did you 'win,' might I ask?

[Storytime indeed! Though Zelda has to take a moment to put together and envision the events Mayu is describing.]

So the clues were ultimately more important than the game itself, if I am understanding correctly? I suppose that is rather similar to our situation here. I am of the belief that uncovering the history of this place is the key to toppling the administrators and sending everyone home.

[Something in her expression changes then, becoming more solemn.]

I suppose we have our own dead who has left us hints as well. Finding them has been difficult, however.
