Summary: Mondo and Sayaka explore the tower and adjust to their new lives here.
Warnings: PG-13 or so for Mondo's language, but otherwise none.

After spending a solid two weeks in the utter hell that was Prayer's Pass, Mondo was not expecting to wake up and be told that his entire world was destroyed. It doesn't make any sense. He's already been told about the future of his world (it's not a very bright one, but at least it exists) so how could his world have been destroyed? Besides, it doesn't even make sense; Sayaka was told the same thing and she comes from an earlier point in time than he does. Of course Mondo was pleased to see a familiar face and practically latched onto Sayaka immediately. It's their first day in the tower and they can be found exploring the rooms together, exchanging theories about how they've come to be here and just what this place is. Mondo can be found picking at his collar and trying to adjust or remove it.

After a little while of exploring, Mondo will finally break away from Sayaka's side to approach the nearest bystander and ask, "Hey, what the fuck's up with this place?" He pauses for a moment while he thinks, then adds, "Do you know if there's anyone here from Hope's Peak or Prayer's Pass?"

Later that day Mondo and Sayaka can be found in the library. They're examining the terminals and figuring out how to work them. Mondo loses interest in them easily enough and explores the shelves, never losing sight of Sayaka. It's almost like if he looks away, she'll vanish or something. After all they've been through, the last thing he wants is to lose a friend again.

Perhaps you'll be approached by one of them, asking for information about the terminals and more importantly, how to get them to work.

[ Asahi doesn't come in the library a lot, but.. today is different. There's still stuff she wants to know, stuff she wants to study up on since it's been mentioned recently and she doesn't want to seem dumb, even though she knows she isn't always the brightest.

She didn't really expect anyone random to come up to her and start a conversation though. It makes her blink for a moment, even though she notices she's just being asked something by - apparently - new people. At least it makes sense then, she's become a little wary of people randomly talking to her over time, but this is normal enough that she drops her guard. ]

Huh, you mean they aren't working for you? You tried hitting them yet? [ Clearly violence is always the answer. Right. ]

Hey, that'd probably be a pretty good idea! Shit usually works when you hit it, right?

[Ignore him, he's dumb.]

[Someone stop him before he punches a hole in the terminal...]

[Mondo glances at Maizono curiously for a moment.]

I won't hit it that hard! I'll just kick it a little, see if that'll do anything!

[And with that, he'll just go marching over to the terminals to do just that!!]

[...Sigh. Admittedly he looks like he could easily kick a hole in that thing by accident, but she just shakes her head. No use arguing when he's halfway there, at least!]

[She'll just. Take a step or two back just in case it decides to spontaneously combust or something.]

[ Asahi still doesn't see the danger of any of this. Surely the guy with the funny hair will just give it a good smack and it'll work, right? In fact, with how Asahi is practically instinctively inclined to violence all she can do is actually laugh a little as she cheers the guy on despite the other girl's relunctance. ]

Mondo doesn't really have much control over his strength when he gets excited.

Usually when I just hit it, it works fine! [ But then again, she doesn't have Mondo strength. ] You must be some kind of secret superhero-- are you two a team?!

[ She blinks as if she doesn't have the faintest clue why it would be weird to think so.. sure, in her world there aren't unusual powers other people don't have (so the Iris doesn't count) but she's met so many people here that she figured almost all other worlds have stuff like that. ]

How it is crazy or unusual?! Come on, haven't you seen some other people in this tower yet? Every other person can like.. fly or shoot lasers or whatever else! Don't tell me you're the only other normal people aside from me.
