How can I die if I'm half-ghost already?
Characters: Dani and anyone who might run across her
Setting: Dormitory Floors/Rooms, Floor 36, Floor 11, Floor 1, and final catchall
Format: Whichever you pick
Summary: The Tower is +1 half-ghost girl who is poking her nose into everything
Warnings: Standard Tower of Animus disclaimer, plus the promise to edit should anything come up
[Various Dormitory Rooms]
[If you happen to be inside your rooms, and paying attention, you might notice a girl with snow-white hair and glowing green eyes poke her head into the room - through the door - look around, then duck out as quickly as she came in. Unless, that is, you happen to catch her in the act.
Whatever she's looking for, she doesn't seem to be finding it, and her expression grows more frustrated and puzzled as she goes on.]

[Floor 36]
[At last she decides to head downstairs and see what she can find out going that way. nly it's... slow going. Elevators are boring and somewhere halfway down the stairs, Dani gets tired of walking. A moment of inspiration later, she dives. Straight down. Through the stairs. Overall, this is a pretty effective maneuver. Floors are flashing past, with the occasional thing catching her attention, but by the time she sees it, it's already gone. Whatever. There'd be plenty of time to explore later.
Things are going well until she hits floor 36, at which point the telltale twin rings suddenly appear and spread up her body, leaving her depowered and unmistakably human. Letting out a yell of surprise, she falls, tumbling down the stairs and landing the floor itself with a bump. It takes her a moment before she sits up again, rubbing a particularly sore spot on her back.]
Okay, okay... bad idea...

[Floor 11]
[She's stuck to human form this time as she explores ever lower. When she finally reaches the eleventh floor, she gets curious and a little exasperated. How big was this place anyway? Maybe she could get her bearings if she could see where the ground was - maybe she could even fly... a quick check to see if she can go ghost here nixes that idea, and she settles on just getting her bearings.
She walks closer and closer to the edge, eventually getting down on her hands and knees (given the lack of railing) and peeking over the edge of the Tower. There doesn't appear to be any ground in sight. It just vanishes off into the distance...]
Aw, man...
=================
[Floor 1]
[Now this was a floor she could get behind. After a long morning of exploring, she's starving, not to mention still a little tired out from her and Danny's big flight with Vlad.
The thing is though, after a long 100-floor trek down through the Tower, even if you phased through a good half of it, finding yourself with a bowl of oatmeal placed in front of you is just not satisfactory. Especially when you can see most everyone else in the room is getting something much better - like those corn dogs, for example.
She stares down at the bowl for a moment then gets up, sidling over to another table with an occupant, a hopeful look on her face]
I'll trade you?
[It's worth a shot, right?]

[Elsewhere]
[Once lunch is done, for better or worse, Dani returns to exploring. She can be found poking around all the different floors around the Tower - in both ghost and human form (though she'll try not to change between them if anybody's nearby). She seems to have remarkably little sense of caution, - she'll even walk into some of the more dangerous floors of the Tower, if someone doesn't stop her]
