[Be. As in being followed still. Perhaps under different circumstances, she would respond to Lucifel's quip with something more put-out, or maybe even a remark of her own, but anything other than answering honestly leaves her mind as she looks over her shoulder and finds those hands still reaching for her.
She shies away from them, bringing herself closer to the Archangel. Likewise, she does not look at him as she speaks, instead watching whatever's behind her warily.]
... You cannot see them, then?

However, at her words he is all ears]
... That depends on what they are to you.

[She responds with a swallow, hugging herself as though attempting to make herself as small as possible.]
I started seeing them in the picto-box an hour or so ago, but now...
[Well, it shouldn't need to be stated that she's seeing them without the camera now, does it.]
no subject
I don't see arms. But eyes. Everywhere. And I only saw them in the camera as well. At first. Now...
[They are everywhere. Watching him.]
no subject
Do you think they are merely a side-effect of using the... [A brief hesitation, as she forces herself to use the seemingly more common term.] ... cameras? Or... something else?
[Ruana's powers going out of control or ghosts, she's honestly not sure which she would prefer at this point.]
no subject
I don't doubt seeing these things is a side effect of the cameras. However considering the events of the last month as well...
[He doesn't know either what to prefer.]
Maybe the original residents of the Tower.

[At least these ones are "just" unsettling, and not draining their collars of their color. Theorizing at least keeps her mind off of the hands that play at the corners of her vision.]
Perhaps they are even the ones behind the explosions, somehow. No one has been able to find anything that looks as though it might have once been a bomb, to my knowledge.

[Distraction might be the best to do to act against the visual distraction, even though that it doesn't make the eyes staring at him go away.]
I wouldn't be surprised if that's the case, but if, then why are they acting now? Why not before?
no subject
Another consequence of shutting off the power cores, perhaps? Or maybe the administrators themselves did something we are not yet aware of. All we can do is guess at this point.
Hopefully Riki will inform us of the results of this investigation, at least.
[If it turns out she's being haunted by visions of arms for nothing, she swears to the Goddesses--]

At the time being we don't have enough clues to come to an actual answer.
[If Riki shares the information that is. That he has to endure the stares of eyes just to get nothing from it - aside from more mental damage - then...]

[Always more questions than answers, always a million half-baked theories changing constantly in order to attempt making some sense of this world, always acting on vague assumptions and hoping for the best.
She sighs.]
It seems to be in Riki's best interest to be open with us, at least. It looks as though he is unable to solve this all on his own, either.
no subject
[Although there are times where he wishes to have the answers they need.]
That and he probably is busy to take care of bombs if there still are any, as well as the reconstruction of the damaged floors.
no subject
I hope they are doing as well as they can up there...
[There's no question in her mind that their friends are alive, but the state of things on the other side of the rubble is another matter entirely.]
no subject
They are going to be fine.
[Riki better made sure those trapped will be fine or he will hear from him as well.]
