Still, though, they couldn’t afford to hold off from the rescue for too long. Ivan was sure that the residents stuck in the dorms would be more than anxious, by now. And there was no telling how worse things could get.]

[There were people that needed helping on their end, but there were also people who likely were in more danger on the other side of the rubble. There was no telling how much food they had, or what mental state they were in. They needed to get through as soon as possible.]
