you need a bloody shower [post-event mingle]
Characters: Any and all!
Setting: Floor 77, sauna
Format: Action-mingle - start your own threads!
Summary: The event is over and everyone who was stuck in the dorms needs a serious bath.
Warnings: Post-event shenanigans? Also baths so p much everyone is at least partially naked.
And so now that you've made your way free of the hell that is the dorm rooms -
This floor mimics a sauna--there are three entrances: one for men, one for women, and one for mixed. Inside each room is the wooden interior one would expect. Outside each area is a small changing room with lockers--if you look, you'll find one with your name on it. The locker will only open up for you. It might be a good place to store things, actually...
- it's time for everyone to take a bath! There's both hot, steamy stalls and large hot spring pools - but you'd better hurry! It's gonna get crowded in here kind of fast.
And hey, keep that towel closed, there's children in here!

no subject
[She reaches for the book.]
Which I'm not.
[She raises her eyebrows at him though, curious.]
What- you would have practiced the waltz with me?
no subject
[There's a good reason too. All the riddles he knows are either obscure...or dirty.]
no subject
What kind of riddles?
no subject
no subject
[Now he's got her interested, and her hands drop from the book, eyes bright.]
Gimme one, we'll see how tough they are.
no subject
[He sits on the side of the pool, dipping his feet into the water.]
Love's sights breed more sighs. When bundled and swallowed, they become joy.
no subject
[She leans her elbows beside him, chin resting on the back of one hand.]
Format's a bit tricky, but... hmm.
[She gives him an impish sort of grin.]
Well, my first guess is a kiss.
no subject
[He shakes his head.]
Wrong.
no subject
[She bites at her lip, tilting her head back and forth in thought.]
Well now, this really is an obscure sort of riddle, isn't it?
[She stops her head, fingers coming up to her mouth.]
...eggs. Bird eggs, right?
no subject
You got it! It's not that obscure, is it?
no subject
Well, for most people on my side of the world, to be more accurate.
[She smirks up at him.]
I'm lucky, I've read a thing or two.
no subject
[He takes a moment to think.]
Okay, another one. Bunchy is outside the door. If you touch Bunchy, it'll take a bite out of you.
no subject
I'm lucky, I guess.
[Her eyes crinkle a bit, and she considers for a moment- this one is a bit easier though. There's less mythology involved.]
...nettles.
no subject
[He scratches his head and thinks.]
...A woman had a brooch. She hung it on the branch of an autumn tre The brooch pricked her. Where does the brooch lie now?
no subject
[But she sinks into the water a bit, finger tapping against her lip in thought.]
You know, this sounds familiar...
[She lowers her eyelids a bit, teeth closing around the end of her nail.]
Bron Trogain, wasn't it?
no subject
[A pause.]
I'll give you a hint. It's one very dear to me.
no subject
[She frowns, irritated that she's not sure she knows.]
Ulster seems too obvious.
no subject
no subject
[She gnaws on her fingernail idly, brow furrowing.]
Though I can't say I knew where else you might have been so attached to.
no subject
no subject
[She reaches out and prods at his arm none-too-gently.]
I know my shit, Cu don't you start.
no subject
Well, you know more than most people. Bet they wouldn't have even known where to start.
no subject
[She holds her hand out to him, eyebrows rising slightly.]
Now. Can I have my book back please?
no subject
[He reaches over, gets the book, and holds it out to her.]
no subject
[She takes it with one hand, and braces herself with the other to push up out of the pool slightly and kiss his cheek.]
You sticking around? I figure I'll need something fun to do when I get bored of reading.
