Tell me now....
Characters: Protoman and you!
Setting: Varies!
Format: Action to start, but I can match.
Summary: Protoman investigates his newcagehome.
Warnings: Jerky robot for now. Possibly language.
Dorms - Room 1-02:
[The sleep paralysis wasn't an odd thing - usually Protoman couldn't move for a while after a cold boot started. Systems starting up, diagnostics to make sure everything's in working order, recalibration of things to normal settings. He didn't even notice the sleep paralysis, to be honest. He was weirded out by the bootup, however. Wasn't he fighting his father's new pet project...?
There's a sound of something moving, and Protoman's sitting up sluggishly. His right arm erupts in a rearrangement of metal parts, tearing the fabric of the provided suit up as it reforms into a firearm, pointing at the source of the noise.]
Elsewhere:
[Once he's fully awake and dressed (sans the gun arm, though his shield is on his back), Protoman will explore each floor of the tower in sequence.]
(If you use a non-dorm option, just specify a location in the subject line, please! I just didn't wanna write out a ton of mini-blurbs since he'd check out the whole place.)

So here she is checking out the super interesting view the tower has to offer, when what is that a Sentinel? She doesn't remember making you, buddy!
"..Did Vengeance commission another ally from someone? So, would you be Sentinel the Fifth~?"

A woman's voice gets his attention away from a window, turning visor-covered eyes and a dimly glowing optic sensor toward her. There's a pause as he considers her question. "No."
no subject
She can already figure out what your subtitle would be, sir. It's Snippy Sentinel.
"Then perhaps the sixth? A new line entirely...?"
That dim red glow is intriguing. She can definitely tell this fellow isn't human, but doesn't seem far enough away from one to be something entirely artificial.. right?
no subject
"I am not a part of any 'Sentinel' line. I am Protoman." His tone is flat, a bit mechanical.
no subject
It's certainly possible, though this fellow seems quite a bit different from the robots she'd seen. The painstaking method of recording personality to be programmed into a 'bot was only difficult because of the time investment, and internal ramble rant introspection. You're lucky she's not saying this all out loud as is her habit.

"Hum, so they're not just gathering generally living things here. Everything I find out makes this tower all the more interesting!"

He was also feeling guilty about telling Gohran to kill people... he still... didn't know why he had done that, it made him want to cry just thinking about it. He jumped every time someone spoke to him, expecting them to be mad at him.
So really it was no surprise that when he almost walked in Protoman in all his armor he dropped his tray in fear and stood there shaking with wide eyes.
He was used to seeing demons, but this armoured man had taken him by surprise.]
Sorry!

[That fear, that was something he was used to seeing - maybe not so blatant, but still.]
Watch where you're going.

[He's quiet as he does so - she doesn't seem to be posing a threat - just curious.]
...what do you want?

I couldn't help but take note of your appearance. It's quite unique.

I suppose it is.

That was getting pretty annoying.]
no subject
Was that accidental, or are you as foolish as you look?
no subject
Tch. I'm not foolish. And I certainly don't have any interest in dealing with whatever the hell you are. [He brought up his Greeed arm and attempted to push the barrels away, or at least so they wouldn't shoot him directly in the face.]
no subject
I find that debatable. [The gun-arm moves away from Ankh's grip, reverting back to a hand.] Maybe you're not a complete fool, though. [Protoman's voice seemed slightly amused by what had transpired, though.]
no subject
Oh? [This guy was kind of pissing him off!] I already told you I'm not the fool here. You're the one waving guns in people's faces, moron.
[Hypocritical considering how many times he threatened people? Sure!]
no subject
Just watch your aim next time. I might not be so forgiving a second time.
no subject
Are you insulting his aim you sonuvabitch--][Eeeye roll.] Tch, am I supposed to be scared of you? You couldn't kill me even if we weren't in this stupid tower.
[But hey man, if you were gonna leave, he's perfectly OK with that, bringing up the book he had picked up previously and leafing through it a bit.
