[4th Evil Meeting] || [(Not) Beyond Good and Evil] || [Open/Closed]

Characters : Open to any and every villains in the tower and/or morally gray characters in the tower who are so done with the situation and are ready to take things one step further.
Setting: The meeting will start in the Second Tower (75th Floor) and the mingle threads will happen there as well. If a spy or a retrieval unit gets too close to the reunion, all participants will automatically be teleported to another floor so as to prevent information leaking. Well, more or less like for the previous meeting.
Format: Action or prose, whatever you prefer best!

Summary: Some things never change, and atop of the thing that never changes are bad guys and their habits of being, bad guys. So this is a reunion for all bad guys and characters in the gray morals, the fourth of its kind. Basically all those who think the ends justify the means, all those who don't mind having to do harsh stuff to defeat the admins, etc. If your character qualifies, feel free to post in. There are no invitations or network message about it, Ganondorf has simply spread the "rumor" that a reunion is about to happen on the 75th floor, so that all the "bad guys" can get word of it.

The reunion will center mostly around the recent events (explosions, glamour, deadline) and of course, future plotting. What the administrators do, what the various groups did and will do, most importantly what the bad guys should do. There will be one reunions as said before: open to every morally gray characters. Maybe plot new things, offer ideas and have villains cooperate? There will also be mingle thread open to everyone as well, they're generally the best way to get new CR with fellow ambiguous villains.

Warnings: EVIL. Evil plotting. Lovely and adorable things, needless to say. Heroes forbidden unless they have a death wish or who knows, worse?

About that Teleportation Trick
Basically due to the the succession of events, a lot of villains are now tracked by Retrieval Units trying to spy their every movements. More so than they were six months ago. Add on to this, the good guys have taken an habit to try and spy on such reunions even if that means a certain death or worse (ask Legolas or Reno about it). So ever since the previous meeting half a year ago, Ganondorf has devised a system that automatically teleports all participants, including their chairs, to another floor in the tower when a retrieval units gets close. It is seamless and from the participants's viewpoint, it looks as though their surrounding fade for a second before becoming a new floor.

Of course all participants will be warned of this security system before the start of the reunion, so as not to have side-eying moments if the system activates suddenly during the reunion.

Perhaps it was the very different appearance of the fruit that drew Sephiroth's attention. More likely, this ally would always touch base with the 'Host' of these meetings, it was polite to a certain extent after all. There was not more than the usual slight dip of the head towards Ganondorf as Sephiroth approached.

"A lot has changed since the last Reunion, for sure."

He commented, though it didn't really bother him if the troll-king chose not to respond. But on the other hand, they don't get to talk so openly that often.

Ganondorf's concern was something that Sephiroth was also very mindful of. Indeed, the evil alliance had been bled into the greater initiative of unlocking the collar fluid almost too seamlessly. Though, violet collared individuals were arguably the most powerful beings in the Tower and if Sephiroth could unlock-

Unproductive though? Sephiroth would have used a different word entirely though perhaps the magician of Ganondorf had indeed no place within the world of Science. The silver haired man straightened himself up a little at the comment, which annoyingly bristled at his sense of pride. He had, after all, buried a world of his own reservations and dislikes to ensure he had the leadership of that one team. To ensure that he had a hand in the necessary.

"It will change. Of course, spur-of-the-moment explosions don't help anything in that regard, you understand."

"That ominous countdown-"

Sephiroth was all too aware of that deadline. One couldn't access the network at all without it burning into their eyes. A constant reminder that time was indeed running out, and that the science work needed to speedily reach a conclusion.

"-you're right of course."

Though he disagrees with the notion that the Administration is behind the explosions, it does not rule out the possibility.

"Perhaps. Though the fact that we do not know one way or the other, worries me more. It splits attentions. I suspect that there would have been more done to hinder us if they did truly know the nature of our movements."

Now -that- made sense. If there was anything that the boycott had showed, it was how lacking the resource in retrieval units really was. It begged the question, what could be going on under their noses at the hands of others, while certain dangerous members of the populace --Sephiroth included-- were being pointlessly supervised. It had been demonstrated, on countless occasions, that they weren't really all that hard to lose if one put their mind to it.

"But of course." Sephiroth returned the nod to Ganondorf. If the larger man were going to save his theories for sharing with the whole group rather than Sephiroth alone then it stood to reason that they were kept back that way for a reason. He had exercised patience well enough recently, and would continue to do so.

"The Tower is full of theories."

He turned his attention away from Ganondorf at that point, to better appraise if perhaps there were enough gathered yet to begin the meeting for real.
