[4th Evil Meeting] || [(Not) Beyond Good and Evil] || [Open/Closed]
Characters : Open to any and every villains in the tower and/or morally gray characters in the tower who are so done with the situation and are ready to take things one step further.
Setting: The meeting will start in the Second Tower (75th Floor) and the mingle threads will happen there as well. If a spy or a retrieval unit gets too close to the reunion, all participants will automatically be teleported to another floor so as to prevent information leaking. Well, more or less like for the previous meeting.
Format: Action or prose, whatever you prefer best!
Summary: Some things never change, and atop of the thing that never changes are bad guys and their habits of being, bad guys. So this is a reunion for all bad guys and characters in the gray morals, the fourth of its kind. Basically all those who think the ends justify the means, all those who don't mind having to do harsh stuff to defeat the admins, etc. If your character qualifies, feel free to post in. There are no invitations or network message about it, Ganondorf has simply spread the "rumor" that a reunion is about to happen on the 75th floor, so that all the "bad guys" can get word of it.
The reunion will center mostly around the recent events (explosions, glamour, deadline) and of course, future plotting. What the administrators do, what the various groups did and will do, most importantly what the bad guys should do. There will be one reunions as said before: open to every morally gray characters. Maybe plot new things, offer ideas and have villains cooperate? There will also be mingle thread open to everyone as well, they're generally the best way to get new CR with fellow ambiguous villains.
Warnings: EVIL. Evil plotting. Lovely and adorable things, needless to say. Heroes forbidden unless they have a death wish or who knows, worse?
About that Teleportation Trick
Basically due to the the succession of events, a lot of villains are now tracked by Retrieval Units trying to spy their every movements. More so than they were six months ago. Add on to this, the good guys have taken an habit to try and spy on such reunions even if that means a certain death or worse (ask Legolas or Reno about it). So ever since the previous meeting half a year ago, Ganondorf has devised a system that automatically teleports all participants, including their chairs, to another floor in the tower when a retrieval units gets close. It is seamless and from the participants's viewpoint, it looks as though their surrounding fade for a second before becoming a new floor.
Of course all participants will be warned of this security system before the start of the reunion, so as not to have side-eying moments if the system activates suddenly during the reunion.

The Reunion (Open)
[Mingle || Pre or Post Meeting || Open]
[Mingle || Pre and/or Post Meeting || Open: Sephiroth]
Last time, it had been before the great Glamour drop, before the boycott and it's infiltration which again ended in nothing but death. At a time when Sephiroth was white-knuckle-like clinging to his sense of self in the aftermath of being, well- he had plenty more to put his mind to nowadays than that unfortunate month. Before the turning around of a great many things that Sephiroth now found himself more involved with than he'd ever have lowered himself to in the months previous. All a means to an end, no one gets that like Ganondorf does and that's why Sephiroth would always be a presence at these meetings.
There was much to discuss, but Sephiroth as ever wasn't going to be the one to leak what he thought most important. These gatherings are for putting a very delicately placed toe in the waters and seeing what potential still lingered around in the Tower, what ideas could be scratched from the minds of those willing to share them - and, most important of all how he could apply it to his own rabid theorizing.
Sephiroth stood sentinel-like at the edge of the roof, peering down all the floors towards where the stairwell was. The breeze ripping through silver strands of hair every so often as bright eyes pierced the darkness of the night below. He hadn't taken the stairwells to get up here in the first place, and didn't intend to use them to get down either - provided the meeting even ended on the same floor.

Being out here, he could only wonder... it was an illusion, but if one fell would they hit the real ground? Would they remember anything of the fall? What would one see if they plummeted the full distance of the tower, or what would one be made to see...
It took a few moments to locate Sephiroth, and he strode over silently, inclining his head in a slight bow as he approached.
"Thanks for the notice. I'm interested to see what this is about."

"This is the second such open gathering I have attended. If nothing else, it serves as an opportunity to be around more like-minded residents - without the walls being able to hear."

But she was watching and taking mental notes, she had already noted where Sephiroth was and was planning on avoiding him, since she did not want to cause any trouble.
She hoped they would actually get somewhere in this meeting, they were running out of time and even the time they did have would be disturbed by stupid things like what had happened the week before. They had to act quickly.

A surprise it was, she wasn't sure if it was pleasant though.

Thankfully, this open meeting was more than likely the last of its kind-- In six months, he expected to be much too busy to organize another such as this.
He was observing quietly around with a fruit in hand, one of those he had taken from the desert's oasis the day before. He didn't have great need for food, but this was better than the pumpkin Ruana fed them with.

"Not the turnout you hoped for?"

"You may not know it, but this is the fourth reunion of that kind I have held." Ganondorf finally replied "... The sixth is you count the closed ones. And in at least three of them, I have had to deal with spies or otherwise unpleasant company. Not to mention the administrators themselves trying to listen in. This reunion should be safe, but is is quite troublesome and tiring to organize."
Legolas, Reno, Naoya, Link... Which is in part why he planned to have a 2nd meeting held right after this one, and closed. Spies were getting old but at least his security system should work.

to a certain extentafter all. There was not more than the usual slight dip of the head towards Ganondorf as Sephiroth approached."A lot has changed since the last Reunion, for sure."
He commented, though it didn't really bother him if the troll-king chose not to respond. But on the other hand, they don't get to talk so openly that often.

Ganondorf chose to reply-- He had no reason not to, and Sephiroth always was a pleasant ally, for the time being at least. Indeed a lot had changed, the glamour, the infiltration... Yet, something was bothering Ganondorf. Things seemed to stagnate, yet the deadline grew closer.
"However... These past two months have been largely unproductive. This needs to change."
Not counting the scientific work, nothing of importance had happened in August and September aside from the explosions and the phantoms. Events that were of whatsoever no help to ensure their survival, nor were they of any help to find more about the tower's past.

Seeing the ruins completely absent of life, and with the memory of her sons following her close behind, taunting her and telling her how she had failed them, the old soldier wondered if this was an attempt of Ruana's to try and break her spirit.
It wasn't going to work. No, she would not allow it to. Amongst her allies, Ocelot was certain that even in her absence, plans had continued to form. They could not let the bitch win. Even so, in the month that she had been gone, things had probably happened. Things that Ocelot needed to find out about or risk falling behind.

She leaned back and looked around, "You do be having good timing."

Ganondorf had this happen to him once, and the memory of his dead homeworld clearly was an unpleasant one. His enemies being dead certainly counted as a good thing, but the land itself and those under his command did not deserve such a fate. He was curious though as to how Ocelot reacted, if he was correct in his assumption. Hence he turned to her and spoke in a low voice.
"... How was it?"

I'm sorry, after dropping her in an elevator shaft I had to!
He remembered seeing her at the mercy of the psychelysis phantoms briefly, before his own choir of them had become too much to bear. It was a small mercy indeed that no one here had seen when they had ripped the last of his energy from him.
Though Ishtar..."Ocelot, it's been a while."
Sephiroth came to a stop a respectable distance from Ocelot, eyes flicking over her reading body language in the moments before and just after he spoke.

girl -uh- ladyQueen sat on one of the chairs which encircled the middle of the roof. These meetings did provide such ample opportunity to discuss that which they couldn't discuss openly anywhere else and for this reason the tall silver haired warrior found his way over to the seats as well. Taking a gradual seat next to Zeal first before he spoke up.
"I didn't expect to find you here."
In all truth, it was a pleasant surprise.

[ Hagire claps his hands, as he bounds up the stairs into the cathedral. Despite future events, he's as inexplicably cheerful as ever. Spinning into the room, he happily plops down in one of the pews of the cathedral, bright yellow eyes scanning the room. Gannondorf, Sephiroth... the usual, of course. He shrugs, kicking his legs up on the back of the pew in front of his own. Wretched Egg would hopefully be along soon, assuming she didn't decide to go play with Ganta instead. ]
Last month was so much fun... I loved every minute of it. [ His eyes close, as he leans back. ] I hope poor little Woodpecker's mind isn't too shattered. He has so much more love to give than that. ✩

Had Sephiroth been anyone else, he may have been inclined to apologize for having had the need to remove a broken limb, but as it was he'd been providing a service. The last he remembered seeing Jin was in the last few moments before his own ears had started to bleed. Certainly it afforded something to be said.
"Jin."
Sephiroth stood at the top of the staircase and peered down at the guy sat a few steps lower, forever mindful of personal space. If Jin wanted to be left alone he'd sooner turn and find some other to occupy his time, Sephiroth wasn't much of the social type, either.

[The Meeting]
And even if someone was stupid enough to persist and come, or unlucky enough to visit that floor at such an hour, they would be dealt with easily in such an environment.
On the roof there were were a number chairs all of them quite fancy and identical, arranged in circle. It was so that those sitting could speak to each other directly and freely. Sort of like the Knights of the Round table, one could say. Ganondorf knew better and had always decided to treat everyone attending as equal, as much as possible.
There was also a table this time, at the very center of the floor. And on this table, water and fruits could be found. Probably weird given that the only food served in the cafeteria was Pumpkin based, but if someone was to try it, they would find out that eating one fruits or drinking the water would keep them nourished for a full day without needing to eat anything else.
Don't expect Ganondorf to say where he found this food, though. ]
[The Meeting]
"Well." She raised her voice and held herself a little straighter in her seat, casting her eyes over the assembled villains. "Time is short, and I'm certain that there is quite a lot to be discussed. Shall we begin?" That was not a question posed with the expectation that anyone would respond with a 'no'. This was a woman that was very much accustomed to being listened to and obeyed.

He straightened in his seat and nodded at Zeal, before saying a few words.
"So far, I have planned most of our moves against the administrators." he paused. "However, they must be expecting me to act by now. I believe first of all, it is most important for us to surprise them with a different approach. One they will not expect and easilly counter."
Meaning that while he will obviously participate and throw his ideas in, their next move probably should not be of his making. The administrators were intelligent enough to have figured his pattern by now, and while he was working on a plan meant to break that pattern, it was not ready quite yet. That and he was curious to see what they all could come up with.
