[4th Evil Meeting] || [(Not) Beyond Good and Evil] || [Open/Closed]
Characters : Open to any and every villains in the tower and/or morally gray characters in the tower who are so done with the situation and are ready to take things one step further.
Setting: The meeting will start in the Second Tower (75th Floor) and the mingle threads will happen there as well. If a spy or a retrieval unit gets too close to the reunion, all participants will automatically be teleported to another floor so as to prevent information leaking. Well, more or less like for the previous meeting.
Format: Action or prose, whatever you prefer best!
Summary: Some things never change, and atop of the thing that never changes are bad guys and their habits of being, bad guys. So this is a reunion for all bad guys and characters in the gray morals, the fourth of its kind. Basically all those who think the ends justify the means, all those who don't mind having to do harsh stuff to defeat the admins, etc. If your character qualifies, feel free to post in. There are no invitations or network message about it, Ganondorf has simply spread the "rumor" that a reunion is about to happen on the 75th floor, so that all the "bad guys" can get word of it.
The reunion will center mostly around the recent events (explosions, glamour, deadline) and of course, future plotting. What the administrators do, what the various groups did and will do, most importantly what the bad guys should do. There will be one reunions as said before: open to every morally gray characters. Maybe plot new things, offer ideas and have villains cooperate? There will also be mingle thread open to everyone as well, they're generally the best way to get new CR with fellow ambiguous villains.
Warnings: EVIL. Evil plotting. Lovely and adorable things, needless to say. Heroes forbidden unless they have a death wish or who knows, worse?
About that Teleportation Trick
Basically due to the the succession of events, a lot of villains are now tracked by Retrieval Units trying to spy their every movements. More so than they were six months ago. Add on to this, the good guys have taken an habit to try and spy on such reunions even if that means a certain death or worse (ask Legolas or Reno about it). So ever since the previous meeting half a year ago, Ganondorf has devised a system that automatically teleports all participants, including their chairs, to another floor in the tower when a retrieval units gets close. It is seamless and from the participants's viewpoint, it looks as though their surrounding fade for a second before becoming a new floor.
Of course all participants will be warned of this security system before the start of the reunion, so as not to have side-eying moments if the system activates suddenly during the reunion.

"Not entirely regular. As you must understand, it takes a great deal of effort to organize."

"Is it wrong of me to wish to see what might happen if someone dared to try and intrude...?"

Sephiroth made a soft hmph noise on the end of that statement, so true that it was. He wasn't much of one for social interaction as a rule but these gatherings required him to make a small exception to that rule. The tall man allowed himself to relax a little further back into the seat, but if one thing was for certain, glistening green eyes were all for Zeal as their exchange continued. There was much to be established about this one.
"Tell me, what are your impressions of this place, now that you have been here a while?"
It was good to gather opinions, after all.

She had seen some folks with a constant trail of drones around them, and wondered what exactly earned them such things... and though she was thankful not to have any, she was also faintly wounded by it. Maybe it was a sign that she ought to be striving harder.
Being here was striving of a sort, yes? And so was talking with Sephiroth. "I dislike it even more than I thought I would have, upon arriving. Most of the residents are vacant and confused... but it's been proven that they can be mobilized, with enough of a push. There are very few people here who are not at least somewhat remarkable. There is no such thing as 'luck' or 'coincidence' in this place. Haven't you said as much...?"

Sephiroth wouldn't really want to go into what he feels earned him his supervisory retrieval unit - it stemmed from at least one failed infiltration attempt in the past. Things that they had planned in so much detail for, only to have been dropped directly into-
He drew his gaze away from Zeal as she continued, focusing on what she was saying rather than letting his thoughts run away with him.
"I did indeed." He nodded in agreement, with something of a smirk stretched across his expression as she mentioned mobilizing the mass residency of the Tower. The collar boycott would always be his ego boost, his little indicator of how all could really be made to move as one with just a few words that hadn't even been his intention. It was very much a double-edged blade though, Sephiroth would always consider the possibility of a missed opportunity at the time.
"If only there could be another mass movement."
Though, he wouldn't then have claimed the violet collar fluid - this was more important.

"There's time yet for another one. Give everyone a rousing enough speech when there's just enough hope in the air, and something is bound to happen." She turned her eyes skywards and let out a little sigh, having to quietly admit to herself that even she was not immune to such a thing. She wouldn't normally attempt to set a floor on fire, but it all was for the best... more or less...
"But even before hope, we'd need a reason to rouse the masses. A target to point them at."

He tilted his head to one side slightly at her as Zeal continued. Betraying only the smallest hint of his interest in this one who might well be the closest to a kindred spirit out of all those other souls trapped here, it was refreshing to at least be able to allow himself to consider the fact they might be on the same wavelength. Zeal's words only further justify that consideration.
"Right. And other than the obvious four targets, there are undoubtedly sub-targets that must be eliminated first.""
no subject
"Security to thwart, systems to subvert... or are you more concerned about other residents?" It was a pretty damn obvious question. Of course there were other residents to worry about. But she'd like to know which ones Sephiroth felt to be the most concerning.

Sephiroth tore his thoughts back to the immediate conversation with Zeal. Within the slightly amused expression eyelids twitched slightly with a hint of something, perhaps irritation. Security and systems indeed, though did he really have to concern himself with the presence of those that he would sooner leave behind?
"The residents are none of my concern. I know that there are a handful that would seek to destroy my path or get in my way proceeding down it, but I have made a habit of keeping such people at arms length."
