Characters: Hachiken Yugo, anyone who wants to meet him
Setting: Dorm room 1-16 and the dorm floors
Format: Willing to match you.
Summary: One new member, somewhat confused at what's going on here.
Warnings: Probably none, he's pretty tame.

The first thing Hachiken noticed was that he was lying in a bed again. He'd been in the process of walking back to school, that he was pretty sure of, and yet, here he was lying in bed. Had he fainted again? That was possible, but he should be all better now.

The letters caught his attention and he froze, reading them. His world had been destroyed? That couldn't possibly be true. As he thought about it, he looked around, and it didn't look so much like a hospital then a dorm room not unlike the one at school in a way. The entire world? How? What about Mikage and Komaba? The thought of his best friends dying somehow brings tears to his eyes. He pushed his arm up under his glasses to wipe away any stray tears.

No, what he needed was answers. This couldn't be right and in fact, he really shouldn't be crying until he knew for sure. Carefully, with hesitant footsteps, he opens the door and peers out into the hall for a moment before stepping out and looking around. It was definitely like a dormitory of some kind, but where was he?

I-I uh, do... bodyguard stuff.

I'm a bodyguard.

Who do you guard? [Hachiken is a bit perplexed. It's a different kind of job, isn't it?]

...My father.

He's a world famous doctor. I also guard my sister, Fran because she's a doctor too.

That's interesting. I think it's good as long as you like what you're doing.

I do, actually.

M-my sister n-needs me around, even if she wouldn't admit it.

It's nice you get along with your sister. My brother and I don't get along very well.

[Shingo didn't really need him for anything. Hachiken for the life of him, can't imagine why his brother has been turning up so frequently.]

S-so, I suppose I need to tell you, t-this place is kind of dangerous. I'll try t-to help you out if y-you want.

Dangerous? How is it dangerous? Can you...can you explain that to me?

[Hachiken chews on his bottom lip.]

W-well...[Oookay, how to put this delicately...]

There's evil monsters that roam the tower, and will kill you if you're not careful, and the floors themselves are really dangerous sometimes, and you could drown, or suffocate, or who knows what.

[....Nailed it.]

That's a lot of danger.

[Hachiken looks worried.]

I can swim, I think that must help, right?

[She... nods slowly.]

Yeah, I suppose it does. I... never learned, so I just stay away from those specific floors for the most part.

D-don't be w-worried though. Lots of p-people here will h-help you out if you end up in d-danger.

That sounds good, that people are helpful.

[At least it's something he can hopefully look forward to, but Hachiken isn't sure how much exploring he's likely to do on his own, although he does have a tendency to get lost...]
