[Whatever unfortunate schmuck who happens to be walking around the first dorm level today will notice Ienzo walking down the hall, minding his own business. He opens the door, also minding his own business. By this point, the unfortunate schmuck may have turned away because, whatever, it's just some kid who never talks.]

[The unfortunate schmuck will be repaid with a LOUD, SHRILL SCREAM.]

[He does this for a full five seconds before slamming the door shut and pretty much standing there going 'oh shit oh shit oh shit'.]

[Naminé is not an unfortunate schmuck who happened to be walking around the first dorm level. Instead, she is an unfortunate schmuck who happened to her sitting in her own room on the same floor, minding her own business, when she heard said scream. It has her freezing in surprise for a few moments before scrambling off of her bed. She doesn't immediately recognize the voice, but come on, someone's screaming down the hall and in a place like this who knows what might be going on? ...Not that she's eager to be part of it, but she'll at least poke her head out of the doorway to see what in the world is happening.]

[Karkat screams right back when he hears Ienzo scream, much more shrill and panicked. Oh god, he had been afraid of him coming back too soon, he hadn't gotten a place to hide Spidermom yet.

So when Ienzo shrieked and Karkat shrieked, the spider immediately rose behind him and snapped its jaws, to which the younger troll had to duck from.]

[Like Naminé, Aqua is also not an unfortunate shmuck walking around the dorm level. She is something that she wouldn't consider unfortunate nor a shmuck, since she could be much worse off and she had to have shown the Mark of Mastery for something like lack of shmuckery.

That said, she is a somewhat-below-average-in-fortune not-shmuck with your average human hearing. Meaning she heard that scream loud and clear.

And where there is a scream, there is trouble. Keyblade wielders either start trouble, end it, or both. Aqua prefers the latter, herself.

So she practically vaults out of her bed and away from her spellbooks, snagging the Master Keeper from where she has started to keep it beside her pillow. She accordingly rushes out of the room and down the hall in the direction that the scream came from. She is met with the sight of a kid, which is basically the insta-powerup button for her bigsis instincts.]

What happened? [She does not see danger. But that does not mean that it is not there.]
