Summary: Ienzo gets a super-cute purple thing as his reward and thusly proceeds to flip the fuck out.

[Whatever unfortunate schmuck who happens to be walking around the first dorm level today will notice Ienzo walking down the hall, minding his own business. He opens the door, also minding his own business. By this point, the unfortunate schmuck may have turned away because, whatever, it's just some kid who never talks.]

[The unfortunate schmuck will be repaid with a LOUD, SHRILL SCREAM.]

[He does this for a full five seconds before slamming the door shut and pretty much standing there going 'oh shit oh shit oh shit'.]

[He still sounds very tense -- and immediately backs up against the opposite wall when a little purple dot appears floating on the floor. It comes from under the door, stops about halfway across the hall, and materializes into the purple thing again. At this point Ienzo is trying the opposite door to see if he can take cover in it. He can't.]

[Once it materializes she recognizes it and can't help gasping out,]
A Flood--?!

[What in the world is something like that doing there? ...Scaring a small boy, apparently, but to her knowledge none of the Unversed have made an appearance here and the only Heartless are the ones with that strange Sora. Does it mean Vanitas is in the tower? --Now's not the time to contemplate that, she realizes quickly, and whether she trusts him or not, she's not about to leave the poor boy to the Unversed. It may all be a ruse, but it's not a chance she's willing to take.] In here! [She holds the door open a little further to illustrate what she means.]

[He wastes no time in running into her room, still staring at the door. He now knows that such things aren't a match for them anymore, but -- it still makes him feel a bit better.]

[The moment he's inside she slams the door shut. Since she saw the Flood get under his door, she does the only thing she can think of and hastily pulls the pillows off of the nearest beds and shoves them against the crack under the door in the hopes that maybe if there's not enough space the Flood won't be able to get through. She has no idea if it will work but it's definitely better than doing nothing.]

[He's kind of REALLY hoping it works. Oh man. Oh man...]

[The Flood was able to get under the door before, but not this one, now that there are clearly things sitting against the ground. And it isn't strong enough in that form to push the pillows away. So instead it goes back out and starts scrabbling at the door, like a cat who wants to be let in.]

[She breathes out just a little in relief, but she knows they're not out of the woods yet, since it's still out there. That scrabbling is decidedly unsettling. She's not exactly equipped to deal with it, so it looks like they're going to have to wait until it either gives up and goes away or finds some other unfortunate schmuck to chase. In the mean time, Ienzo, you're going to get a very long stare.]

[Now that the immediate monster threat has been removed, for the moment, Ienzo discovers Naminé eyeing him once again. For some reason she is just inherently suspicious of him. Well, Naminé, for some people you may be able to get away with that look, but not this kid; he's going to return it in full.]

[Her scrutiny is being scrutinized and while that's kind of unnerving, she manages to keep her stare fairly unabashed. He seemed pretty, er, disconcerted by the Unversed in his room, but... she still has to ask.]

[These two are having a pretty intense stare-off, but when Naminé breaks it, so does he. He's still looking at her, of course, just not so... analytically.] ...i don't know... it must have appeared while i was out...

[It's a likely story... but that doesn't mean it's not the truth. After a moment the thought occurs to her that maybe it was another of those rather unpleasant 'rewards'. She wasn't aware that he'd been part of the experiments, but it was possible. It didn't even have to have been him; someone else in the room could have gotten it. The alternative, that Vanitas might be about, is definitely not preferable, so she'll just be chasing this theory for a bit, thanks. There's one way to find out, at least, even if the question does kind of seem to come out of the blue.]

[The Unversed had come in with the note, so he hadn't actually seen the "you've been given a reward" notice before Flipping The Fuck Out. So for once, her question really did seem out of the blue.]

[The same group as her. That's kind of unnerving. It seemed like most of the other people she'd spoken to were from other groups, and she couldn't help wondering what, exactly, the groups were supposed to mean besides the difference in effects.]

Then... do you think that that-- creature might be your 'reward'?

[Since it had been present in his world, and all; not that the other people who shared the room necessarily came from worlds the Unversed never touched, but he's currently the best bet.]

...only... ventus... [Scared you there, didn't he? Fortunately, he never even met Vanitas, so Naminé has no reason for concern. The un-Sora is nowhere to be found in this tower or anywhere else. A different un-Sora is, though, but he's a special case.]

[She releases a breath she didn't know she was holding when he mentions Ventus instead of-- well, the other part of Ventus. That brings up a whole new problem, though - she's not so sure Ven would take well to her turning up and asking questions right now, not after what happened during the experiments. Still, isn't it worth asking? Even if that Unversed is not, for lack of a better word, 'his', he's definitely more equipped to handle it than either her or Ienzo.]
