[He nodded, doing his best to keep the sword low and not threatening, despite the fact he had no where to sheathe it.] Yes, it seems so. They didn't exactly give us much choice.

[It's... it's certainly something. Being thrown in a maze to hunt people. Were they expected to work together? She couldn't tell.]

[She gestured to her sword, than to his. We're they supposed to fight over this?]

[Capell blinked, also looking from his sword to hers, and then shook his head] I'm not planning on fighting anyone. [He frowned] Or hurting anybody.

Well, o-okay then.

[Was there a bit of shame in her voice? The fact that she had to do this, that she was going to kill an innocent... it left a bad taste in her mouth.]

What d-do y-you plan to do t-then?

I don't know. [He shrugged] Staying alive was on my list, but apart from that, I don't know.

M-me neither, h-honestly.

[She sighed, eyes downcast on her blade.] Do you... t-think any p-prey will come by?

I don't know, hopefully they are all well hidden by now. [Hopefully, he knew he wasn't going to try and attack them, but he couldn't say the same for the others who had been chosen as hunters.]

[Speaking of others who had been choosen as hunters...]

Y-yeah, hopefully...

I... don't w-want t-to hurt any of them, but... what if w-we h-have to?

We don't. [He shook his head] We don't have to, it's our choice and we can chose to leave them alone.

Right. But...

[There's that uncertainty. Perhaps she's not the one to be telling not to kill.]
