The sword falls to the ground with a clatter, and Zelda shifts her weight to kick it out of the way. Then and only then does she start easing up, though her body remains tense in preparation for any sudden movements.]

[No sudden movements, though he does slide his arm down when she lets up enough that he can manage it. Please don't squash his face against the wall now that there's nothing in the way, Zelda.]

[No, she won't, but she will take the given opportunity to hold Asch's hand's behind his back. He may or may not be relieved to note that her grip is not the firmest - even if she wasn't tired, hungry, and dehydrated, brute strength has never been her forte. Still, with him sufficiently pacified, she lets up, allowing him to move away from the wall.]

It is strange to think, but... he now represents hope of escape.

[Though she hardly knows what or how, there's a will for it, whatever it might end up being. At least her determination to try hasn't been suppressed by the memory of past failures.

[Tetra's been keeping back, just as she should have, and keeping track to make sure no one else is nearby. As soon as Zelda calls for them, she darts out, grabbing the sword just in case. If someone else approaches, she doesn't want them to get to it first.]
