Format: Party style, whichever format you prefer
Summary: When two busybodies start plotting, all hell breaks loose. "Waver's Anniversary" (or more informally known as Waver and Diarmuid's wedding party.) It's just a party. Nothing to see here. That cake is white just by... accident... and decorated to match the rings... yeeeeeeep... complete accident.
Warnings: Someone may decide to drown a couple people... who knows.

[In case someone is observant enough to notice, Waver and Diarmuid have been wearing matching rings... and under the disguise of a convenient excuse, that being Waver's one year anniversary in the Tower, Lancer and Reno have thrown a party to celebrate.

Keeping the relationship a perfect secret, of course. It's just a party. Good times, shooting the breeze, card games. Unfortunately, there's no booze. The lounge has been set up with a buffet with food from the Floor Sixty Kitchen, and there's a cake.

The cake happens to be white, and decorated. And that celtic knot decoration may just be matching the rings. Complete accident, of course.]

If I were to attempt leaving, one of two things could happen. One, I never hear the end of it until this place collapses in on itself and we all die. Two and more likely, Reno or his idiot co-conspirator follow me and drag me back here because god forbid I actually accomplish anything today.

You should have let the maid be a feint and angled in a different attack from another direction. It's much more difficult to dodge a pincer strike.

That's why you attack from a distance. Really, Waver, aren't you a sorcerer? Besides which, as long as you get to it quickly enough, bloodstains aren't that difficult at all to get out.

Even so, Volumen Hydragyrum's my main weapon. I fight with my hands or daggers otherwise, no one back home would expect that kind of thing. Anything else would require planning and drawing magic circles, and who the fuck has time for that in a fight?

Hm...no, I've no time for a several-hour lecture from Diarmuid on why beating Reno to a bloody pulp is a bad idea. I think I'll stick to scaring the life out of him...maybe I'll sneak the maid into his room in the middle of the night and have it just stare at him.

Ahh, the Stalker Robot maneuver. Simply terrifying. You know, it'll be much worse if he's unable to move when he awakens. Give me a bit of time and I can whip up a drug for your maid to administer that will induce a temporary full-body paralysis.
