[The Tower is stagnant, the only signs of activity confined to the second block. There isn't much time left; it might be a good idea to rest and do whatever strikes your fancy before the timer hits zero.]

[It's incredibly sour, this not-knowing that plagues him. Makes him question everything he has learned, that has been correct, about the Tower. It's much too late in the game for him to now go back and rethink key elements. Especially when he's been right before, at least about the details that pertained to him.]

Do you think that's truly the only thing to do?

[The violet-tinged wireframe man continues, for some reason he finds it easier to talk while they are only in these appearances. It does strip an awful lot of construed judgment away.]

[She honestly doesn't. It was one of those things that she had to admit. She didn't spend much time thinking about how things could be fixed, only about what they could do up to that point.

Whatever the tower was, it seemed to make even less sense now than it did before.]

I don't think too much about these kinds of things...

[A long time ago, Sephiroth was of a similar leaning. Years in a past that he can't really remember, he had been the action required as opposed to the one to really question the motives behind it. So far that he's come since then.]

It's easier, in life, not to think. To just do.

[He nods, or at least the wire-frame impression of his head seems to. Carefully Sephiroth mulls over his next words before attempting to phrase them, almost as if he's a little unsure in what he's saying.]

Despite all of what they've done -and I would be the first to oppose them completely- I can't help but feel-

[A small moment of silence passed. Veronica mused over Sephiroth's words.]

...I have that feeling too. [It was a bit odd to admit it to him, but it was true.] Maybe there's something no one focused on.

[Mutely he blinks eyelashes of fine nano-film down at Veronica as he searches her face, as if he could read the various layers of illusion for an expression without the Glamour up.]

[This whole admission felt a little odd, but then conversations during Glamour drops invariably are. The same comes from not really knowing whom you're talking with.]

I guess there isn't anything for it, other than to keep an eye on as many bases as possible.
