i'm giving it my all
Characters: Steinette and whoever wants to run across her
Setting: 4th Floor
Format: Action spam, but I'll follow you
Summary: After getting sent back "home" Stein's in need of a cool down. Time for someone to bother her during her half-naked martial arts, clearly.
Warnings:
A sound soul- [She jumps and kicks high, gracefully landing down on her other leg, already poised for another attack] Rests in a sound body- [A low kick this time, her leg sweeping around her in a perfect arc before she's back up on her feet] And a sound mind. [She strikes out behind her with her palm, a strange electricity emanating from her hand.
She repeats the mantra and the attacks, and probably would all day if she could. It would be such a shame for someone to interrupt her...]

You should probably go and lay down.

She's changing everything.
There's no reason to hide anymore. I just have to stop the noise.
no subject
She's changed nothing. The only one that's changed is you.
You've given yourself over to the madness. And now you feel better because you don't have to listen to anyone anymore, right? But in exchange for your supposed freedom, you have to deal with the constant noise. I might be bound up hiding my true desires to cut up and explore, but at least I can get a little peace and quiet in my head when I want it.

I am not broken.
[he walks towards her, exuding danger, his soul flaring.]

He was insane and now he was pissed off and coming towards her. Hardly a pleasant combination.
She moved up a few steps slowly, trying to keep the fear she was feeling from filtering out to her soul. She had a few ideas of what he might do if he realized that she was actually afraid.]
I never said you were broken. I merely said you had to give something up in order to get what you have now.

[his tone is as poisonous as is possible for him, and his hands are crackling with energy (accidentally). it's almost as if his soul has cleared but for the anger, another special kind of madness. every step is purposeful and dangerous.]
It was implied. I could hear it in your voice. I could see it in your soul.
[he's so confused, and the noise is so loud, but he's so angry, and it's all overridden by the simple thought that his other, his double, thinks he's pathetic.
that he's broken.
how dare she.]
I am going to take every piece of you apart.
no subject
You must have seen wrong. I don't think you're broken. [Just in need of some repairs.] I think you're perfectly fine, but you need to calm down so I can help stop the noise.
no subject
Nothing. Stops it.
I just want it to go away.
[he stops for a second, his shoulders going slack, his body relaxing. his thought processes are hectic on madness, always flying about or not moving at all, and it seems as though his anger has all but vanished entirely, now.]
no subject
I'm working on finding a way to stop it. You just have to trust me and give me some time to experiment, but I'll make it go away.
no subject
Experimentation and observation. That's all it should need.
no subject
Yes, exactly. That's all anything ever takes. Just be patient and I'll have a solution before you know it.

But for now, she simply nods.]
Try to rest. You look exhausted.

the noise in his head gets louder with every step, and by the time he's made it home he's a mess again.
..well. at least now, there's no one around him to hurt.]
