And so another day goes by...
Characters: Xion (OU) and Ven (OU) and Namine, later open to all.
Location: Wherever Ven and Namine are, later either Library or the 15th Floor
Format: I'll match you!
Summary: After two incredibly improbable cases of mistaken identity, Xion goes to find someone with answers. Later, she takes an interest in sewing.
Warnings: Nothing currently, will update as needed.
[This was long, long overdue. Vanitas thinking she was someone else and almost killing her had been a scare enough. She might have been able to dismiss it as some kind of fluke, or just avoided him and had done with it. But then it had happened again, with someone else entirely. Suddenly a passing question was a very pressing one, and she had a few people she wanted to scout out to ask them about it. She checks their rooms first, already knowing the way to Ven's room and checking the nameplates for Namine's.]
[Later in the day, she can be found, hood up as she pokes around floor 15. The weather seemed to be warming up fairly quickly, had ever since the new month had started, but she was in no mood to ever repeat what had happened at the end of February, with them being so cold they could barely move. So... clothing or blankets or something. Maybe a scarf? She couldn't find any anywhere, besides the other rooms which could eventually have people in them. So... maybe there was another way?
So she'll be poking around the fabrics and equipment on Floor 15, never mind that she has no idea what most of this is even for...
A little after that, she can be found in the library, too. Looking for books on blankets and clothes... She's not sure which books will help her the most in this case, given that that kind of knowledge just hadn't been necessary for Organization life.
Wherever she is, though her hood is up. She doesn't want any more cases of mistaken identity.]

Room Whatever-His-Room-Number-Is I'm too lazy to check
Hey! Xion, right? Looking for Roxas?
lmao Plus (Room 1-16)
Well, if anything that's what she was here to find out. Or at least try to get clues - it was entirely likely Ven would be confused as her.]
Um... no. Actually I'm looking for you.
[Kind of a reversal on the usual situation, but necessary. Though come to think of it, it might be good to talk to Roxas about this later]
Is... anyone else here?
[No matter what, she doesn't want any audiences for this discussion, no matter what their intentions. If Roxas were here she might not mind, but... anybody else, no.]
I AM FLAWLESS
No, no one else is here. [He glanced back in the room for a moment as if checking for any hidden roommates, and opened the door wider so she could step inside.] Do you, wanna come in?
[He had no idea what she wanted, but it must have been important.]
/APPLAUDS, GIVES PERFECT 10
She finally comes to a stop near the bed Roxas had been sleeping in when she'd found him, before steeling herself and turning around.]
You're... You and Roxas are friends, right?
[She didn't know Ven that well, and while he did seem like an okay person, she... she was still nervous. Maybe though... it might've been feelings carrying over from when he'd remembered but... she trusted Roxas's judgement. If Roxas was friends with him... she could trust him too, she thought.]
/bows, thank you thank you
Of course! We assure you that all accusations of stealing faces are purely joking. [He added with a teasing grin.]
/calls for encore okay no I run out of wit after like three subject lines I fail 1/2
Still... He was Roxas's friend, right? Like Axel had been, before she met him. She could trust Ven.]
This... is probably going to sound like a strange question but...
[Trying to keep her fingers steady she reaches up to her hood...]
2/2
...When you look at me, who do you see?
[This... might not be the best way to start this conversation, and she's nervous that he might see someone different, and what it might mean... but she's going to have to pull her hood down sometime to explain this, so...]
lmao what is wit. all my jokes are from the seat of my pants.
Uh, if you mean, what do you look like? Blue eyes, short black hair, parted kind of to the side, [and he gestured the direction of her hair with his fingers on his own head,] kind of short.
[And a beat as he lowered his arms again.] Is this a trick question? [He was sure he didn't recognize her from some other place, that was for sure.]
And all my jokes are from... some.. where... /starts playing Somewhere Out There
It... no, it's not. You can see me... [She looks up.] There... have are some people who have just arrived here, and... they looked at me, and they saw you. I... don't know why.
[And she was hoping you might have some idea. She knows she's a memory replica. She knows her double looks like Sora. But being made from Sora's memories of Kairi, shouldn't people see Kairi, or Sora? Why would they see Ven?]
I thought of Out There from Hunchback of Notre Dame, no brain that's not right

-- Xion?
Gonna tenatively place this after Ven's
Naminé... can I talk to you?
[Talking to Ven had helped some, but in many ways he'd been as baffled as she.]
Alrighty then. :|b
[But if she needs something, Naminé has no intention of turning her away. There's a hesitation, but at the end of it she opens the door enough to speak to the other girl without it being between them.]
... Of course.
no subject
A lot of people have been arriving lately, and... something strange has been going on.
[She looks up.]
Do you know Ventus?
no subject
I do. But maybe we should talk inside.
no subject
[Xion relaxes a little at that, walking into the room. Once she's inside, she pulls her hood down, now that she was much less exposed, and she already knew Naminé could see her face.
She'll wait until the door is closed until she starts up again.]
There are people I've never met... they look at me, and they saw him.
[She could get Sora. She could get Kairi. But seeing Ven... made no sense.]
no subject
You mean that they saw Ventus?
no subject
[Which meant they were lying or they really saw someone else. Because she didn't resemble Ven, really. Not even distance could really be used to explain away the mistake.]

Oh, it's just that other Riku.]
Hey, Xion.

She smiles a little sheepishly.]
Hey, Riku.

[Idle conversation is a good way to start. No need to start questioning her right away.]

[She has a couple books, but they're not too thick or heavy or anything. She was trying to get some more before she sat down to see if any were what she was looking for.
If Riku looks closer, he'll see that a lot of the books have to do with clothes. They're maybe not the best books if one is just learning to sew but... cut her some slack she's never done this before. orz]
I thought I might try and see if I could make scarves and things, in case it ever gets cold again like it did last month.
no subject
You know, that's not a bad idea. Never hurts to be prepared.
no subject
[She glances down at the books in her hands, then back up, a little nervous]
So... how are you?
no subject
I'm fine. Just kind of confused about something.
no subject
What do you mean?
