Setting: Everywhere or in the hallway near her room.
Format: Either works for me.
Summary: Chie finds herself waking up in a strange place, a place which is most certainly not the Amagi Inn. She is a little confused. Thus suspicious wandering ensues and kicking. Lots of kicking.
Warnings: Kicking, comedic violence, overreactions, potential angst, the power of friendship.

She had expected to wake up to the familiar feeling of well worn blankets and sounds of Amagi Inn bustling in the early morning. It on par with her own home in the morning, it almost relaxing to listen to when she first woke up. Chie instead found herself laying on a bed, stiff and unable to move. Panic swelling through her as her mind darted through the possibilities of how she was here.

Needlessly to say, it left Chie a little confused and angry. The letter did little to really comfort her, only bring up more questions. The brunette scrambling into her clothes, sliding her glasses on before stomping out of the room. She warily poking around, torn between wanting to see someone she knew here or just wanting to lurch her way through the hallways. Chie just hoped the letter was a lie- that they were somehow in the TV world. She almost wanted this to be some overly elaborate trick. The thought of everything she, they all knew, being gone just made the sixteen year old feel queasy. She was doing her best not to dwell on it as she glanced around, adjusting her glasses with a frown across her features.

[Her leery behavior is kind of a easy give away sure enough. She blinks when he calls to her. Blinking a little harder depending on what he's wearing.] Umh, yeah. I am.

[Oh look, there is someone running towards you. He is around six feet tall, huge and the ground is probably shaking from his footsteps. Kanji had been doing his usual patrols, and miracles of miracles, an all-too familiar site makes him break into a wide grin.]

[The sound of stomping and Kanji yelling out for her is enough for Chie to whip around. Relief painted on her features at the sight of him.]

[He gets close enough just to be close without invading personal space and gives her a tiny bow.]

Oh look! It was the Kan--no actually it looked like a slightly taller male with one hell of a hairdo and wearing the strangest school outfit. Geeze, who picked out those colors? And why did he have a tunic hanging out of it like that? Regardless of the odd choices, he gave her a friendly grin.

Don't mind Chie, once again she's baffled by more flamboyant men. Thus a confused sort of blink and her trying to figure out what Chica means. Chie's just staying where she is, uncertainly furrowing her brows.

"Uhm, I just got here today, so, yeah, we haven't met,"

[Its hard to really miss Chie, considerably she acting like something is going to attack her at any moment.

Thus Chie being startled and suspicious until she sees Elly. Some of the tension easing away to a degree as she stands up straight.]

[Her mouth quickly curve into a smile for comfort and sympathy.]

Then you and I are in similar shoes, I had arrived some time ago. I'm Eriko Kirishima, though I'm sorry to say that I -along with a few others I believe- have not found a way or so from the tower.

Sakuya peered around a corner, curious about who it was making all that noise. When all she saw was a (seemingly) human girl with short-cropped hair, she stepped out into the hallway, padding barefoot toward Chie.

"Did you receive the letter as well?"

Sakuya's approach is unnoticed by Chie, since the sixteen year old was adjusting her glasses and more than likely peering around suspiciously. She expecting shadows to be lurking in corners.

The sudden question makes Chie jump a little, half surprise, half embarrassment that she didn't notice Sakuya at all. She turning around to glance at the other woman. "Oh- yeah, I, was just trying to see if its, real or not, you know?"

[Minako is passing by, on her way to get some lunch, when she notices Chie. That tense body is a total red beacon for a newcomer, so she waves.]

[The greeting makes Chie's lurking stop, she glancing over at Mianko, offering a small be it awkward smile.] Oh, uhm, hey.

Yes, yes he does approach, in fact, he recognizes that look considering he was just in her position a few days prior. She looks tough, though, making sure not to do anything that would upset her, but still clutching on to the sword in his hand.

"Umh, sort of," Is Chie's response after her initial surprise. "I, just woke up here today, so, lost is kind of a good word for it."

[There's really no choice but to approach her, after his internal organs do some shuffling around. His heart jumps because she's back and another friendly face is awesome - then his stomach sinks once he remembers what being here entails. He feels his lungs clench because what the hell is he supposed to even say to her? 'Hey, welcome back to hell!'? It doesn't quite cut it. He's never good at these tower meetings]

[But she's a friend, so he doesn't have a choice but to slip the headphones from his ears and head over, calling out to her]

Hey, Chie!

[The sound of Yosuke's voice is what makes her jerk away from peering warily around the hall to glancing back at him.]

Yosuke! [She's immediately on the move over to him, relief and a multitude of other emotions are clear on her features as she skids to a halt in front of him.] Are you okay-? Is, anyone else we know here?

"You look lost," Dave says rather bored. He hasn't really been doing much since he's gotten back from his little escapade to nowhere and John's birthday. He hasn't seen Chie around though, so he assumes she's lost because she's knew.

"I mean, it could just be me. Maybe you're totally not lost and just looking like it to fool unsuspecting people like me."

"Um," Sudden thirteen year old boy being relatively snarky at her is unexpected. She just gives a confused blink. The sixteen year old turning to face Dave. "No, I'm not trying to fool anyone- I just don't really know what to make of this place."
