[Sitting alone at one of the tables in the cafeteria, a grown man is folding a piece of paper. The entire table he is sitting at is covered with identical sheets of paper.

This is a Stetson. It is possibly the coolest hat in the history of ever. Well, besides the fez. It's close, really.

The Stetson is of Western origin and popular among cowboys and Southerners alike, as well as cool people like us, of course.

Actually, being a Time Lord means I shouldn't help you out. Not big on mingling, Time Lords. Or helping, for that matter. Keep to ourselves. Look out for number one. Don't interfere. Never interfere. You interfere, you break the rules. You break the rules, you get banished. You get banished, you're on your own. Forever alone. No Time Lord friends for you.

'Course I'm not much of rule follower. More of a rule breaker, actually. And a mingler. The mingliest.
