[Sitting alone at one of the tables in the cafeteria, a grown man is folding a piece of paper. The entire table he is sitting at is covered with identical sheets of paper.

What on earth is he doing?]

[And a little ways down the table, Ienzo is sitting there, reading, and ignoring the identical sheets of paper. As a matter of fact, he didn't seem to notice the identical sheets of paper (or their possibly insane SUPER COOL owner). And when he did, he looked over to discover -- who else? -- the Doctor, sitting there gleefully making paper hats.]

...what are these for?

[He'd better at the very least have a REASON for these little paper hats.]

'Course not. That'd just be silly. I only plan on wearing one, at a time that is. Maybe I'll switch 'em out. Bit a variety. Change. Very healthy.

[He finishes a hat and holds it out. It's blue and very dashing. Robin Hood style. So chivalrous.]

[And he puts it on, still looking distinctly unimpressed with the Doctor. The fact that "WHAT THE HELL. WHAT ARE YOU DOING WEARING A PAPER HAT" is not lost on him, mind you. As a matter of fact his mind is telling him that right now. But he kind of doesn't care right now because he's not stupid, he just doesn't own a hat.]

That's good. I wouldn't want anyone to be unable to wear a hat. Brilliant things, hats. They can make one look so much cooler than you'd think possible. An impressive feat. I do wish River would stop shooting mine. Thinks she's so hot with her "hello, sweetie" and "it wouldn't make that noise if you turned the parking breaks off." She's just jealous that my TARDIS only makes that noise for me.
