There is no such thing as lost [Open]
Characters: Lucifer and you/open to all
Setting: All around the Tower, with a few specific stops in a couple rooms
Format: However you want to roll. Mainly doing prose in brackets.
Summary: Lucifer decides to discover the brand new cage he's been gifted with being stuck in.
Warnings: I don't know when to shut up sometimes sorry.
[Finding himself in a new world was far from being a new experience for Lucifer. It was often that he found his battle with YHVH spanning different worlds as the forces of Law and Chaos clashed against one another. But being pulled to one against his will was far more rare, let alone to a world he had never heard of or seen before. That there should be one he had no knowledge of was both intriguing and an annoyance that he should have been dragged to it.
Still, since all attempts to leave this dimension since he had gotten here had proven fruitless he supposed it would be for the best to explore the his new habitat. And he can be found doing just that in a couple different ways.]
[Around the Tower, Random]
[If you're going around the tower today, you'll find a small blonde-haired boy, probably no older than ten, scrutinizing and examining the tower as closely as possible. He runs his hands across the walls, looking for imperfections or any possible latches or secrets in it. His hands run across the floors looking for the same, and sometimes the ceilings.
Of course, he can't reach the ceilings naturally. That's why he's summoned a large red demon whose shoulders he's standing on as he examines the ceiling. He could have changed to one of his adult or demonic forms himself, he supposed. But he found this more entertaining.
Alternatively, you may be walking through the tower when you hear a voice behind you proclaim]
You. I wish to speak with you.
[Which is funny. Because you could have sworn there was no little boy there before.]
[Room Twenty Eight]
[Lucifer was always made to be a killer and a being capable of mass destruction, but alongside that had been his role as the angel who led the angelic choir in singing their praises to God.
That role and part of him was long gone and past. But Lucifer still at times had a penchant for music. And even he couldn't keep himself from taking some of an interest in it when he entered this room.
Anyone else who enters the room will hear someone playing the grand organ. Lucifer's rather quite good at it, and practiced, despite how young he looks.]
[Floor Thirteen]
[Oh. How lovely.
Lucifer didn't so much hate Cathedrals as he merely found them in poor taste. But then again he always found anything relating to his Father as such. He looks bored and somewhat annoyed as he listens to the indistinct mumbling that fills the floor. He can only assume that it would be praise to YHVH even if he can't hear exactly what's being said, and he searches through the pews to see if he can find any evidence of it being a dedication to God, though after a while he stops.
He turns his head up to the sky, shaking it a bit.]
I suppose this must be a great help to you, isn't it?

Two weeks?
[It feels like he's been here for much longer. In reality it hasn't been that long, just the adoptive side of him that was forged in the Vortex World quickly adjusting to this new reality.]
no subject
I see.
Whatever they're using, magic or technology or something in between, is impressive to drag us here.
I suppose the fate of your world, then, is at a stalemate at least for now.

...I was wondering if It had lied as well.
[But it, he meant Kagutsuchi. Because honestly, giant spinning disco-balls of creating light can't all be that truthful sometimes, right? When a seed of doubt had been planted for one place, it tended to germinate in others.]

Lucifer's brows furrow at the statement, and he makes a small "tching" sound before looking to the side.]
Kagutsuchi wouldn't lie.
It's servants and those who serve beings like it, yes. They would lie. But something such as Kagutsuchi has no need to. It finds itself too important, too righteous to need to lie.

Then it is only a matter of time.
[The minute he figures what brought him here and how to get out, he is going right back to what he started and finish it. He looks at Lucifer again, unsure how to express this clearly.]
...thank you.
[It feels weird saying that to a demon who stuck a parasite inside him and turned him into a half-demon, but in the end, this did lead him down to where he is now, for better and for worse. It could laso simply be interpreted as a thank you for answering him, after all. Maybe if he was better at the art of conversation he'd say more, but even before becoming a half-demon Naoki always was a quiet one.]

[And that was the truth. For a being like Lucifer who had existed for countless millennia time was no real problem or factor. It was a force he had to pay attention to in how it affected other creatures that was to be sure but it otherwise had little impact upon himself.
There's a ghost of a smirk hovering on his face at the thanks. Are you serious Naoki. Everything you have so far has been because you took the steps to getting it, even asking him. And the concept of giving out even simple information as altruism was beyond him to consider. He did it out of his respect and how impressed he had been by your growth. If you were a different incarnation, such as one who had chosen one of the three Reasons that had been established or the coward who would leave the world as the Vortex World, he would not have answered you at all.]
There is nothing to thank.
And we have a new enemy we need to contend with before you can finish your previous fight.
That they think they should keep so many here, and so many with power here, is preposterous.

...Although she probably didn't have someone like Lucifer in mind.
He scoffs as the fallen angel goes on, even grinning a little.]
Maybe that's why they are hiding.
[Let's just say he's been wanting to give them a piece of his mind...and probably his fist...and pretty much he wanted to beat them up and show them the door.]
no subject
Lucifer can't help but grin at that. In his pride he can't help but imagine those who had brought him here would have to be at least a little frightened of him. Would know who he was and what he could do.]
If it is they are wiser than I give them credit for.
There are many denizens of the network of Amala here.
[What he means to say is "be careful" because some of them are astoundingly strong. Not anything he couldn't handle and in general he's pretty sure you could handle them as well. But it would be good to know he supposes, and it's not like he's the type to tell anyone to be careful outright.]
