There is no such thing as lost [Open]
Characters: Lucifer and you/open to all
Setting: All around the Tower, with a few specific stops in a couple rooms
Format: However you want to roll. Mainly doing prose in brackets.
Summary: Lucifer decides to discover the brand new cage he's been gifted with being stuck in.
Warnings: I don't know when to shut up sometimes sorry.
[Finding himself in a new world was far from being a new experience for Lucifer. It was often that he found his battle with YHVH spanning different worlds as the forces of Law and Chaos clashed against one another. But being pulled to one against his will was far more rare, let alone to a world he had never heard of or seen before. That there should be one he had no knowledge of was both intriguing and an annoyance that he should have been dragged to it.
Still, since all attempts to leave this dimension since he had gotten here had proven fruitless he supposed it would be for the best to explore the his new habitat. And he can be found doing just that in a couple different ways.]
[Around the Tower, Random]
[If you're going around the tower today, you'll find a small blonde-haired boy, probably no older than ten, scrutinizing and examining the tower as closely as possible. He runs his hands across the walls, looking for imperfections or any possible latches or secrets in it. His hands run across the floors looking for the same, and sometimes the ceilings.
Of course, he can't reach the ceilings naturally. That's why he's summoned a large red demon whose shoulders he's standing on as he examines the ceiling. He could have changed to one of his adult or demonic forms himself, he supposed. But he found this more entertaining.
Alternatively, you may be walking through the tower when you hear a voice behind you proclaim]
You. I wish to speak with you.
[Which is funny. Because you could have sworn there was no little boy there before.]
[Room Twenty Eight]
[Lucifer was always made to be a killer and a being capable of mass destruction, but alongside that had been his role as the angel who led the angelic choir in singing their praises to God.
That role and part of him was long gone and past. But Lucifer still at times had a penchant for music. And even he couldn't keep himself from taking some of an interest in it when he entered this room.
Anyone else who enters the room will hear someone playing the grand organ. Lucifer's rather quite good at it, and practiced, despite how young he looks.]
[Floor Thirteen]
[Oh. How lovely.
Lucifer didn't so much hate Cathedrals as he merely found them in poor taste. But then again he always found anything relating to his Father as such. He looks bored and somewhat annoyed as he listens to the indistinct mumbling that fills the floor. He can only assume that it would be praise to YHVH even if he can't hear exactly what's being said, and he searches through the pews to see if he can find any evidence of it being a dedication to God, though after a while he stops.
He turns his head up to the sky, shaking it a bit.]
I suppose this must be a great help to you, isn't it?

I suppose this must be a great help to you, isn't it?

no subject
For now, he knows him as an unusual, young looking boy.]
This tower is where we're brought. The people in charge claims it's because they manage to save one person from each destroyed world.
[But he don't believe them.]
no subject
[Because that in and of itself reeks of bull, and he can disprove it easily. At least in theory.]
no subject
[He caught the implication in that information at the time. Even if people are normally from the same world, they might actually from alternative worlds.]
no subject
Foolishness.
If only one, why only one. If us, what criteria do we fulfill that they decide we were the one life that deserved to be saved.
Has no one been able to question our captors?
no subject
[If it's possible, he would use that options and have words.]
As for the criteria, they said the selection is completely random. [He wonders if it's truly random, from what he saw of his fellow prisoners.]
no subject
Another lie, then.
Perhaps we should try and encourage them to speak with us.
no subject
[Then Minato can make a proper judgement on their situation. It's far easier to hide body language when they're communicating over the network.]
no subject
There's quite a bit I have to say already.
[And do to them for their impunity. But that's another point entirely.]
no subject
[He can probably name everyone he knows who have issues with the admins.]
no subject
[Because in the end he can't imagine this scenario will end in anything but a bloodbath. Whether it'll be in favor of the captives or the captors he still isn't sure yet.]
If there was a way to bring us here there must also be a way to let us out. It's possible we could find it if we looked for it.
no subject
[He remember one of his roommates asking about it.]
If we can't find it, it's most likely with our captors.
no subject
[Which still didn't mean there couldn't be some way to cheat. Or some way to get out of they may not have found yet. As much as Lucifer would like to pay his captors back for the indignity of bringing him here he'd like to leave even more.
There are far more important things than vengeance against those who dragged him here.]
My name is Louis. What's yours?
no subject
[The voices are quiet now, but he remembers their warning. Respect him.
He don't know why, yet, but Minato rarely disrespect anyone.]
no subject
A pleasure to meet you Minato.
Hopefully we won't be hear much longer. After all, nothing can stand forever.
[And Lucifer has no place of allowing this place to stand once all is said and done.]
no subject
[Blue and red. They only add to his silent suspicions that Louis isn't like anyone he met before.]
Hopefully. Everything won't last forever, but that doesn't mean our fates are forever tied to this tower.
[Not when his own fate was somewhere else, by his own decision in the future.]
no subject
And fate itself can be upended. There is no fate but what you yourself make.
no subject
[He can always approve or disapprove of others and their actions, but he knows when people won't change their minds. Minato would be steadfast in his own choices, too.]
no subject
It cannot be stripped from people. Not here, not anywhere. And anyone who believes otherwise is a fool.
