"I'm not... strong that is..." Taiki sounded sad, "We have to... but... if we do... more people will die..." But if they didn't... if Jason won...

It was a lose lose situation and Taiki had no idea what to do, either way people would die and... he was a Kirin... he couldn't do anything that would result in anyone's death.

But everything would result in suffering... there was nothing he could do. There was a small gust of wind and a moment later Taiki was human again, grabbing his cloak from the floor to wrap round himself he curled up and started to cry.

"H-hey!" Zidane blinked at this sudden transformation, then knelt down beside Taiki. "Hey, is that you, Taiki?" He reached out to put a hand on his shoulder, his voice gentle. "Don't cry. We're gonna figure something out, I know it. Don't give up."

"B...but how?" Taiki gripped onto Zidane in fear, "Whatever.... whatever we do people are going to die and be hurt and we can't stop it..."

If they lost it would be on their hands the suffering that followed and if they won it would be on their hands the suffering that was caused to the other groups...

Zidane had no problem giving out hugs, so he gave Taiki one now. "I wish I knew. I know it's hard and people are gonna be hurt. But that's why we gotta stay strong, for them. There's gotta be a way out of here, and if we stick together, we can find it. Y'know, if something happened to me, I wouldn't blame anybody else here, I'd blame the guys in charge." He wasn't about to give up.

"And we come back. We'll come back and fight again."

Taiki wrapped his arms round him and shook as he cried more. No one should be hurt, and they shouldn't have to be forced to play this game that resulted in peoples deaths.

"They are so cruel... I don't understand... no one should die..."

"Don't cry, Taiki." He held him tighter. "We won't really die, and it'll be okay, somehow. No matter what happens. They keep hurting people, but if we keep on fighting, we'll find a way to help people. Even now, we're working together, and people are planning stuff. Cause they're good, and they're strong. Like you."

"I'm not strong..." He wasn't even sure he was that good, if he were better he would find a way to stop this.

"It... it still smells like death... and they still get hurt... they shouldn't... sorry..." He hoped that they could find a way to help, any way but Taiki had no ideas; he thought back to what had happened... Even waking up, those people had still experianced dying, which must have been terrifying...

Was terrifying... Taiki had died himself here but never in such a cruel way.
