Although I will say I think she may be better off not in this tower. It relieves me to know that she does not have to experience what we experience.

Thank you! I have been at this for all of my life, so doing these activities are pretty normal for me. You look like you can hold your own as well.

Well, I can't say I've been at this my whole life - and it shows by the way, you look great - but my last year at home was pretty crazy, and it kept me in good shape.

[It's not that he's against explaining what he's been though, he's just pretty sure it's a conversation best not started as someone winds down on a treadmill]
