Reachable Floors

[The power might be out and there might be monsters roaming the halls, but when has this ever stopped him from getting anywhere?

Exactly. Which is why it's pretty easy to bump into him today. Poking his nose into every floor he could reach. It's easy to tell that he's Link, but a new one, not one of the ones you've probably met in the Tower. Different hair, kinda, different...build, almost stocky.

He doesn't notice anyone watching him at first, though. He's just focused on continuing further into the Tower. For now, anyway.]

I was created by Her Grace, Hylia, for the sole purpose of guiding her Chosen Hero in his quest to seal away Demise. I was responsible for keeping him safe, helping him in every necessary way and tempering the Goddess Sword in the flames of the Golden Ones.

So...the sages helped to make it into the Master Sword, right?

No, the sages were not involved in the creation of the Master Sword, that I am aware of. It is possible they assisted Hylia. It started as the Goddess Sword, a weapon created by Her Grace and left for her Chosen Hero, in Skyloft.

For his journey, however, it would not be strong enough forever. And so it needed to be tempered in the three Sacred Flames: Farore's Flame, Nayru's Flame, and Din's Flame. The Flames purified the Goddess Sword and imbued it with their sacred power, allowing it to transform and its powers to be enhanced until it became the blade you now carry.

Yes, he is. As are several more of my Masters. He appears much the same as you do. Your tunic appears far more similar to the Knight Academy uniform than most of the Heroes.

Protected by the Water Dragon, Faron. Notable locations are Lake Floria, the Ancient Cistern, the Sealed Temple and Skyview Temple.

Skyloft is a piece of land that the Goddess, Hylia, lifted into the sky during the war against the Demon King, Demise. On it, she sent the last of the humans from the Surface so that they could survive.

Loftwings are large birds that Skylofts' people fly on. Each person is chosen by a Loftwing. Master Link was chosen by a crimson Loftwing, just as the original hero rode long ago.
