[The letter was disturbing. Serious, after saving Hyrule from Ganon's evil reign, reversing all of his evil... now this happens? Couldn't it have happened before the whole ordeal with Agahnim, in order to save him some time?]

[At least he somehow managed to bring over most of his tools. No bombs, and nothing he had to use for the purposes of the Dark World, but... who needed a Moon Pearl here, anyway?]

Um... he was the leader of a gang of thieves, he's in the form of a blue pig, and he had an astral projection in the form of a wizard named Agahnim.

[you must forgive him - Ganondorf did not receive much of a character until two games later. Maybe.]

[he's actually kinda curious, now. Yes, this weird guy is crazy, but he was the first person Link met inside of the tower. It was lonely traversing Hyrule without an annoying faerie or talking sword, you see]

I was placed in Skyloft, for the Chosen Hero of the Goddess. And I know of at least one of your ancestors that served as one of Hylia's Knights, though I did not meet him.

It's been tempered and thrown into a lake to make Golden, but yes. Yes he does.

[of course, they were locked up in his trunk. Carrying around everything was getting to be a hassle, so he just took out his Red Mail and master sword]

He simply wanted to take it and use it as a leverage. Food was an exceptional weapon in such dire situations and the fools in the tower would do anything he wanted against a bit of food. That's when he spotted Link eating his oatmeal.

Again?! That was the sixth Link in this tower. The second in less than a week. Couldn't the people in this tower pick a Ganondorf from another timeline and throw him in for once? ]

[ Oh well. He approached the boy anyway in order to find out how much of a threat he was when compared to the other Links. Ganondorf was getting used to it by now: find a Link, test him and then plan how to take care of him for the great plan.

Not because he didn't know what Ganondorf was talking about - well, he didn't, but... - but because that voice... that voice just stirred some sort of mechanism in his brain. Like a Pavlov's Dog salivating at the sound of a bell, his body tensed up when he heard that voice. Only one other time did that happen, and that was in the Pyramid of Power. But... it couldn't have been, could it?]

[Link has become very aware of the weight of the Golden Master Sword attached to his hip. He left his silver arrows in the trunk, but even then he knew that at this range, unsheathing would be nothing but reckless. There's just something telling him that it wouldn't be a good idea. But why did this thing approach him?]
