{01} Intro
Characters: Aphrodi and whoever he bumps into!
Setting: Room 1-18 for most of the morning, everywhere else in the afternoon
Format: Action, but I can match!
Summary: enter obligatory confused!introduction! And perhaps a little bit of sulking around since he doesn't want to be here.
Warnings: teeny reference to death, possibly language and um, that's it for now. Will update if needed!
[Room 1-18]
[ The first thought that pops into Aphrodi's head when he wakes up and finds he can't move is that, damn, he's dead again. The fact that he even had to wake up in the first place was a huge giveaway to something weird having happened but once the sleep paralysis passes, things stop making sense.
He can get up. So he's... still kind of alive. Okay, that's always a good thing. Aphrodi tugs at his collar a few times to try and get it off but it refuses to budge. That's not so okay. It's not the kind of thing he usually wears, and plus its implications are rather scary to think about (being owned by something is certainly not what he planned to do in his remaining days on Earth. Or not Earth, it seems). And then he sees the notes, which makes things even more not-okay, and then he starts to panic a little.
So, fellow dwellers of Room 1-18, you have yourselves +1 roommate (still in the clothes he woke up in) currently obsessively brushing his hair, generally being jittery and pacing the room and some feathers scattered about. He tried to pick them up at first and put them on a pile on his bed but gave up. ]
[Everywhere Else]
[ Aphrodi managed to calm himself down by the time the afternoon rolled around and finally got himself dressed into something more casual -- although the collar is still annoying and wouldn't come off, so it's covered with a scarf that only kind of matches the outfit. He's stomping around and trying to memorise every single room and corridor that he comes across.
Not to mention he's kicking a soccer ball around because he finds that dribbling it helps keep him grounded when he's in a situation where he has no idea what else to do; what better than to keep on doing what's familiar? He'd already thanked whatever gods (and himself, of course) brought his soccer ball along with the rest of his stuff.
...He's not being too observant, so if he does bump into someone or kick the ball at them a little too hard, it's completely on accident. ]

This place has just been hell on earth for the past month, that's all.
[And he thought Coach Hitomiko's training was hard...
Genda isn't going to bother sugarcoating any of this, either.
This is the guy that hospitalized him - he can handle bad news, right?]
Normally it isn't too bad. Sometimes there are monsters at night, and some floors of this tower are dangerous, but all in all, it's tolerable.
But... for some reason, the electricity went out for the past month, and monsters started wandering the halls like mad.
They're no big deal if you're willing to run or use your hissatsu, but...
[There, he shakes his head a bit, and he gives Aphrodi a smile again.]
It's no big deal. If I can handle it, I'm positive you can.
no subject
Ouch, it sounds like he choose a bit of a bad time to get dragged into this place. He keeps in mind to not stay out too late after hearing about the monsters, but part of him is still kind of curious. It's not like he sleeps, anyway. ]
So monsters and electricity cut? Fun. [ Laying on the sarcasm there. ]
Well, since I'm here now, if you ever need anything...
no subject
I mean, he's only fourteen.]
I'll keep that in mind - and it goes the same for you.
If you need me for anything, just ask.
no subject
Fair's fair. [ He smiles! Okay that's enough of depressing topics. ]
Enough of this, how about we go... do something. [ Whatever you guys do for fun here. ]
no subject
I'm trying to keep it up, even here.
[It wouldn't do to be sent home and be miles behind his team, after all!]
no subject
Are you sure? [ He's looking a little skeptical. ]
no subject
I'm the King of Goalkeepers after all. If I can't handle a little training, what use would I be on the field?
[He's dead serious, Aphrodi.]
no subject
Lead the way -- unless you plan on training in this corridor, that is.
no subject
We just need to get around to making goals.
[He does lead the way though, holding himself like he's not hurt or worn at all.]
no subject
[ Aphrodi will walk a little closer than he needs to be in case anything does happen. If only Genda were a little bit shorter, he'd be able to see around better-- ]
no subject
But he just lets out a little sigh.]
Don't look so worried, we'll be okay.
This place is dangerous, but it's not always full of bloodshed or anything.
["Not always" being the keywords there.]
no subject
Better safe than sorry, right?
no subject
[A little paranoid, Aphrodi? Genda finds it kind of amusing, but only because he's been here long enough to know the ropes.
The meadow's not far away, luckily; just a couple flights of stairs, and it opens up onto a floor containing a whole meadow where it's continuously spring. There's a patch off to the side that's already starting to look well worn, too; their makeshift field!]
Don't be afraid to play hard, alright? Even though I'm your partner for this.
no subject
I'll play as hard as I need to. [ He says it with a smirk, but he's not really going to go too hard on Genda. Especially because he's the goalkeeper. ]
Although, this time, I won't destroy the pitch. [ He laughs a little because, well, it's kind of funny okay. ]
no subject
[He takes his place where the goal would be if there was one though, giving Aphrodi a smirk of his own.]
Do you need to get warmed up?
no subject
Nah, I'm all good. You?
no subject
[Genda just cracks his knuckles before getting in position.]
Let's see what you can do, after all this time!
no subject
[ Have a shot coming to your left, then. It's a pretty easy one, just because it's the first. ]
no subject
He hardly has to lunge for it, too, so it's caught as easy as it was shot, and he tosses it back.]
Are you sure you don't need a warm up?
