Format: Party style - pick your poison
Summary: After repeated delays, Zelda and Gandalf have finally called the populace of the Tower to discuss productive means of dealing with their situation.

It's taken far too long to get to this point.

Come Sunday, the various couches and armchairs of the uppermost lounge have been arranged in vaguely semi-circle-like patterns, with chairs from other floors scattered amongst them to increase seating even more. The semi-circles face inwards towards a central point to facilitate discussion among a large group of people. Though this is by no means a party, small slices of Lembas bread are available on tables around the perimeter - though there is no shortage of food, the hungry tend to be less cooperative, all the same.

Outside, the sun shines brightly without a cloud to obstruct it, but the atmosphere inside is much less carefree. Considering the purpose of gathering here this day, it's to be expected. Should this council succeed, it may very well change life in the Tower as everyone knows it. If not, well... one should certainly hope individual efforts begin to bear more fruit than they have in the past.

[...He isn't too long after the others begin to trickle out of the floor and either back to the dormitories or elsewhere. He'd tried to speak not just for his team, but for the rest of the group's thoughts as well. It's obvious by the faintest hint of disappointment that things did not go well.

That's when he noticed who was waiting for him, blinking twice.]

[Considering that he has a tendency to space off, it was either not very long, or his mind wandered for like an hour. Hard to say...

He does nod at Narukami in greeting, but...catches the disappointment.]

...How bad was it?

Yu nods back, then sighs.]

Almost completely fruitless. Not many of them would stop arguing or putting others' ideas down long enough to either listen to what anyone had to say.

[Oh well fantastic. Nice to know that almost everyone in there forgot the basics of what you learned in fucking kindergarten. He should really be surprised, but he sighs in agitation and out comes the lighter again.]

[Yu shakes his head. Honestly, he had expected it to some degree? But with this meeting, he couldn't help but notice just how off everything seemed. It was hard for others to listen, and he found all of it to be ridiculous.]

...Admittedly, it could have been worse.

...Yeah, that's true. [It was probably for the best that Tatsuya didn't go, or things might have gotten worse.

In his opinion, anyway.]

I heard about that "calling a truce" thing with the... ["bad guys" didn't seem like the right term to use here. It never really is for a Persona Protagonist, though.]

You know, the shit-stirrers. [There we go, that's a much more accurate term, yes good.]

[Not going to lie, a few verbal bombs went off enough as it was. In his opinion, that is.]

...Yeah. [He sighs. The term "bad guys" and Persona Protagonists never do get along, but he could see why they others think that.]

That was probably the one thing that divides us the most. I can't see it happening, either.

[Especially with what he heard about the Crawling Chaos. Not to mention... him getting along with Adachi? ...HAHAHAHAHAHA. You're kidding, right?
