DREAM A LITTLE DREAM WITH ME

Summary: Xehanort draws a large amount of the tower into worlds constructed from their dreams in an attempt to learn about everyone en masse

[Tendrils of magic wound their way around, lines of energy flickered into existence, forming a large shape on the ground around where Xehanort sat with his back straight and legs tucked neatly beneath him. Perfect. It was a bigger scale than the one he'd done but a month before, already he could feel the flickers of connection, the shape getting brighter and more defined.

More participants. More mental drag. There was little to worry about. With Xigbar on guard duty, his sleeping body would be quite safe. No, it was time to dream... and see just who would follow.

Darkness shrouded his hand, keyblade flaring into life, and he gripped the handle in both hands, aiming it at the ground, at the keyhole defined by criss-crossing darkness responding, resonating...

drowsiness laced through him, the blade in his hands sagging downward until the tip touched the ground, his posture slacking, head and shoulders slumping slightly

in slumber, the dreams of others awaited

[Please, like he could- ...? The bear suddenly blinks, beginning to flail. It's almost like after the initial response he can't see Ven or believed him and was too scared by something, considering he began shrinking back after it sniffed the area.]

[Ignoring what Ven said, a third figure spoke up.] Hey, bear?

[...Yosuke? He was here? But before he could say anything else-] T-they're here-!

[What the heck is the bear talking about? Well...

What the hell giant tongueballs? SERIOUSLY?]

[At the appearance of the...giant, toungeballs, Ven immediately took a step back, sinking into an offensive staff and his hand out, ready to summon the keyblade.]

What are those?!

S-Shadows-!

[The bear cries out, hiding half-behind Yu as he screeches it out in his strange accent. The shadows wriggle and writhe for some bizzare reason. They don't seem to threatening-

-but they seem to be "looking" at Yu and Ven in particular. More black creatures approach from behind, forming into similar creatures when the first two glide through the air at the two. The two more vocal people with them scream and brace themselves while Yu clutches his head in pain for some reason.]

[Ven grimaced at the sight of the Shadows-- they were definitely something different than what he'd ever seen before. But his attention was quickly drawn away by not only Yosuke and Teddie yelling, but Yu suddenly in pain.]

--Y-Yu?!

[He moved his hand to hover over Yu's shoulder at first, but the monsters--

In a quick movement, the hand that wasn't near Yu's shoulder was gripping his keyblade, swinging it in an outwards arc to send an Aero spell at the Shadows.]
