Summary: Yusuke thinks the power of loud music might be able to wake up the dreamers and--he's just looking for an excuse to party.
Warnings: none so far, maybe swearing at best

[Only a few days after most had fallen into a coma, Yusuke had been preparing his own little party at the media room. There wasn't any food, but there was at least a section marked to let others know to drop off their comatose allies. Speakers were set apart across the room, to make sure the full power of the voices sung could reach this room. Yes, Yusuke knew this was a dumb idea, but hey, was anyone really going to stop him?

And yes, there was a bit of a stage as well, chairs and such spread out, and on the machine was an actual karaoke machine. How did he find it? Dumb luck apparently. Either way, to actually set all of this up was quite an achievement.

So what are you doing? Singing, or perhaps here to hope Yusuke's plan actually works?]

[April, although she's decided to come along, doesn't seem to be planning to sing even though she is good at it. Instead, she'll be taking a seat and listening to everyone who does sing and checking to see if there's any sign of life from the comatose people.]

[April blinks up at Aerith, then shakes her head.] I-I'm... not much good at it.

[She also looks over at the comatose people and gives a hum in agreement.] I hope so. Some of the people who're singing are certainly loud enough.

[Like Aleph and his... attempts at singing.]

[April smiles faintly and gives a quiet giggle.] That's true. It's amazing that they can sleep through it.

... Ah, I'm April. It's nice to meet you, Aerith.

I've, um, been here for a while... Over a month now, at least.

... Wait, you and your friend arrived together?

[technologic]

Ah, I see- [And the rest of her sentence is cut off at the piercing note, as she winces and gives a quiet grumble.]

The next time there's a karaoke thing, we need to keep him away from it.

[Luckily he's asleep or else things would get worse. April blinks at Aerith in surprise and shakes her head.]

Ah, n-no way, I'm not good at singing. [She is, but she doesn't think so.]

B-b-but-! [She fidgets in her seat for a moment, looking nervous, but she soon hesitantly goes along with the tugging and stands up.]
