3rd Goal

Characters: Genda and anyone who stumbles across him!
Setting: Floor 32
Format: Action is preferred
Summary: Genda's pissed off after a past conversation, and decides to blow off steam.
Warnings: None yet, though Genda's v. angry, whoops.

[Genda's set himself up a small training area on the far side of the island, deciding to only use one or two of the trees for training, since the tower provides little else for such things.
One tree's decorated with little, hanging foil shapes to keep birds away from the area - don't want them nesting in trees he may shake up! - and its bark looks fairly worn down.
Right now, that's where Genda can be found - he's been working on his punches, since it's the main force behind his goalkeeping tactics. Every once in a while, a punch may have visible, orange shockwaves - it's something he's working on, and these fists are filled with emotions that need to be released somehow.

If you happen across him at the right time, of course, he does pull back from his relentless attack on the poor tree - only to summon a huge drill above his head and burying it within the wood.
That helped a bit, sure. But now he's short one tree, and he promise himself he wouldn't destroy the forest.]

... Damn it.

Oh, no! That sounds awful.

[She's just not going to mention what passed for food in Jason's pod. Just the thought makes her nauseous.]

We were divided into three groups. Some people were in Riki's pod, some people were in Dax's, and some of us were in Jason's. Gamzee and I were both in Jason's.

...we had it the worst. We had surgeries done on us at least once a week. We were awake during them, but we couldn't feel anything. For me, it took the form of being able to hear everyone's thoughts. I had to keep my voice down, though. If I yelled or got really upset about what I heard, it might send out a shockwave that could kill everyone else there. I didn't want to do that.

Gamzee had it even worse than I did. See, trolls have different blood colors.

[She pinches her arm lightly, enough to bring her fuschia to the surface.]

Mine is dark pink, but they range from that down to red. Gamzee's is indigo. Trolls with indigo blood are prone to have pretty violent mood swings. They can learn to control them, and they usually do, but the way they operated on his brain messed with that control switch. I don't think they completely fixed it when they turned us back to normal. I'm fine, I don't hear thoughts anymore, but I don't think he's the same as he was before. He used to be friendly as could be, making jokes all the time, trying to cheer people up, but not now.

I've been talking to him a lot, trying to help him remember how he controlled it before, trying to remind him how he used to be, since I was there and saw what they did to him. It's working, I think, but it's slow-going. It's no excuse for why he snapped at you, but if he tries hurting you, call me and I'll talk him down. I think I can.
