3rd Goal

Characters: Genda and anyone who stumbles across him!
Setting: Floor 32
Format: Action is preferred
Summary: Genda's pissed off after a past conversation, and decides to blow off steam.
Warnings: None yet, though Genda's v. angry, whoops.

[Genda's set himself up a small training area on the far side of the island, deciding to only use one or two of the trees for training, since the tower provides little else for such things.
One tree's decorated with little, hanging foil shapes to keep birds away from the area - don't want them nesting in trees he may shake up! - and its bark looks fairly worn down.
Right now, that's where Genda can be found - he's been working on his punches, since it's the main force behind his goalkeeping tactics. Every once in a while, a punch may have visible, orange shockwaves - it's something he's working on, and these fists are filled with emotions that need to be released somehow.

If you happen across him at the right time, of course, he does pull back from his relentless attack on the poor tree - only to summon a huge drill above his head and burying it within the wood.
That helped a bit, sure. But now he's short one tree, and he promise himself he wouldn't destroy the forest.]

... Damn it.

[Kidou happened to stumble across Genda and he decided to watch the other before approaching him. He didn't want to interrupt his training, after all.


Once Genda drilled through the tree, Kidou took that as a good chance to intervene.]


Are you alright, Genda?

[Unfortunately, Beat does not get here in time to see the giant drill. He arrives early enough to find nothing more than a certain tree, perfectly normal but for the part that's nearly stripped of bark, and the animu-haired kid punching it. He's making shockwaves. Wow.]

Uh, you all right, kid?

[It's kind of weird for someone his age to be practicing punches, isn't it?]

[Suzaku blinked when he saw the boy punching the tree, he raised an eyebrow when the drill appeared but had put the whole thing down to training until he heard him curse. He frowned and went a little closer, the boy looked about as old Suzaku had been when he joined the army, or there abouts.]

Is everything alright?

[From Genda's action, Sakuma can tell there's something bothering him. So instead of approaching his friend, he sits off to the side a bit and watches as Genda practices. He doesn't want to be a bother when he's not sure if his presence is wanted or not but at least he's there if Genda needs him.]

[The minute Feferi was done talking with Gamzee herself, she ran off to find Genda. She'd told Gamzee to drop it, that she cared about him, that he needed to stop. But seeing what he'd said was something else entirely. She checked the meadow first, then the floors inbetween. By the time she made it up to the forest, she was just in time to see that drill come down.

It scares her, a little, seeing that kind of destructive force coming from someone she cares about that much. But she doesn't say anything for a long few minutes.]

Nobody's going to hurt you. Not on my watch. I promise. I talked to him and I put it as plainly as I could: no hurting you. No saying anything else that will hurt you. No threatening you.

I'm so sorry that happened. I should have prevented it.
