[Open] What a lovely day for a picnic~
Characters: Disciple, Dolorosa, and open to anybody!
Setting: Floor Twenty-Five
Format: We're comfortable with any format you decide to put up.
Summary: Dolorosa & Disciple decide they would like a nice time away from it all, so why not have a nice picnic? If you would like something cooked over an open fire, Di will happily cook it for you!
Warnings: Fire and smoke, but only if you are really careless when playing out in the open.
After running to get to this peaceful floor, Disciple happily runs out in the open to floor 25. She falls instantly on the grass and rolls in it as Dolorosa quietly sets up the big blanket and the food. Embarrassed that she wasn't helping out, Disciple gets up and does her fair share by setting up a small fire to cook on.
When done, they both smile at their accomplishment and relax.

After the past few days she really needed a simple walk through an area that wasn't going to try and kill her. Rose's expression is almost peaceful as she meanders through; that is, until she comes in sight of the Dolorosa with her roommate and a giant blanket of food. Her lips twitch into a faint frown and she turns on her heel to beat a retreat back the other way, hopefully before either of them notices her.
She's fairly sure if they did there's no way she's escaping without having a foot of salami shoved on her or something.

But why the girl should be walking in the opposite direction was beyond her. Such a pity how antisocial she seemed, but Dolorosa decided that it might be worth risking it to call after her. "Rose, dear, wherever are you going?"
no subject
"Wherever I feel like. It's a big meadow and all I've got is shitloads of time."

She sighs and crosses her arms over her chest, not really moving from her original spot. The inevitable is closing down on her quickly but she can still at least do her best to preserve her unwillingness for posterity. It's about all she can do now, anyway.

There's really no other way to delay it now, though, so she uncrosses her arms with a mighty frown and slowly begins sauntering over. "But I guess if it'll make you feel better I can't really skip out."

She gestures to a pitcher sitting next to the basket. "Would you care for any tea?"

Rose makes it over to the blanket, carefully settling herself down in a cross-legged position on the very edge. Just because she's joining the party doesn't mean she has to throw herself into things headfirst.
"But there's really nothing encouraging about it. Sometimes you just have to suck it up for a while to keep things from blowing up into something really fucking stupid."
no subject
"And what sort of unfathomable catastrophe do you expect from me?"
no subject
She smirks a little, swirling the tea around once before taking a small sip. It didn't really matter how it tasted - Rose was used to consuming caffeinated beverages to keep herself up thanks to her friends' wonky timezones back home.

Rose is obviously kidding from her tone, although she honestly agrees with Dolorosa's sentiments; there's been enough chaos (personal and Tower-wise) to practically crack her in half. She was better than that, of course, but the strain was still bothersome.

Di quickly stops and gives off a playful growl at her, getting ready to chase her again.

So she gives a simple "Really?" to try and end this before it got out of hand.
no subject
"Sorry! When I get playful, I really get into it!"
no subject
"Didn't know that just walking around was enough to set you off. Next time you really need to fucking warn somebody."
no subject
Unless she saw things differently? She's not sure. She's guessing the smoke may be getting to her.

Rose is twisting words to be obnoxious again, but she doesn't really care. Trolling people makes her laugh, and that's something that she needs very much right now.

"MY MEAAAAT!"
no subject
"Looks like you're going to be having a lot of fucking ash for lunch today."
no subject
"I am glad I saved most of it. And if not, at least we have the reserved food from the cafeteria...although I am still suspicious of your kind of food."
