Characters: "Elvenking" Legolas and YOU, tower!
Setting: Backdated to Oct. 11, throughout the tower (just pick anywhere)
Format: Prose to start but will switch
Summary: Legolas woke up dressed as his father, King Thranduil. Including the crown.
Warnings: Nothing but possible mischief
When the prince had awoken this morning, he was dressed in the slightly confining clothes of a figure he knew quite well, one he had known for a few thousand years, in fact. He attempted to remove them but that moment he shifted his attention to take his own clothes, the costume was on his once more, crown included. The type of crown he'd always refused to wear when at home, opting for a more traditional silver circlet.
Well, this was a battle he wouldn't win so he grabbed his swords and strapped them on to go with his costume and grabbed the ridiculous little bucket, looking at it with obvious distaste and went to scour the tower for candy. None of which he would eat because, wow, what the hell were those things? Nothing like that was in Middle Earth and he's not about to try one.

"Although," he continued, a little glumly, "I guess even if everyone was wiped out, things would start back up again eventually. Just without us. Sort of like the way cockroaches would survive even if a bunch of bombs went off."

"I know not what bombs are but life cannot be completely extinguished, no matter how many there may be out there who would wish to try."

"If the point is to not give up, I think I can manage that." At least here it seemed like most people knew that they were in danger. He hoped that this meant it would be easier to find a way out of this mess. "I hope you don't mind me asking, but how long have you been here?"

Perhaps Valinor had such advancement as this or perhaps not. Legolas had doubts of that, not wanting to be somewhere that might be nearly as uncomfortable as this place is.
"I do not mind. It has been several months since my arrival." A pause and he closed his eyes to think back. "It has been little more than six months since I awoke here."

"I don't suppose there are plans for everyone to go back to their own worlds in... oh, about a month or so?" Yeah, probably not. But Ken had come all this way -- he definitely didn't want to be MIA when SEES finally faced their last, greatest enemy.

Those exceptions being a pair of Hobbits, possibly one more to follow eventually, and a dwarf.
"I fear nothing has come to light about being able to leave anytime soon."

"Just a bit over, yes, almost seven. Know everything of it though? No, I daresay that I don't. Many mysteries are still exactly that to me. I can try to answer what questions you may have though. The very top of the tower contains the dormitories though floors have appeared between the topmost dormitory and the bottom floor recently. Just after much of the tower was destroyed."
