01 | I wish that plant life would grow all around me so I won't feel dead anymore
Characters: V/V and you!
Setting: Floor 29 and then the dormitory levels.
Format: Action starting, but will match.
Summary: V/V picks flowers for people.
Warnings: None
[V/V is glad that she can simply fly over the hedge maze - it makes spending time in the garden so much easier. The wonderful plants and flowers here were one of the things she liked best about the tower - as scary as it was, it was still alive.
Hm, but there weren't many people who stopped on this floor to smell the roses, right...?
Anyone who makes it out of the hedge maze will see that V/V is on her knees carefully uprooting flowers from the ground and gathering them into her arms.]
[Later, V/V will be walking around knocking on each room in the dormitories. Yes. All of them. When the door opens - if it opens at all - she'll smile and pick out one of the flowers from the large bundle she's carrying.]
Would you like a flower?
[You can also catch her in the hallway before she moves on to the next room.]

[She tries, though: crosses her arms, narrows her eyes, and speaks in the lowest voice she can.] Nunnally, I want you to tell me all the names of the people you've spoken to, and all the people you're thinking about speaking to. This is so I can check and make sure they're good people. Otherwise I'll be worried sick.

Brother would say something like that... [ Giggling. ] Although I think he's a lot different now, so maybe not so much. It's sort of as though he's allowing me to leave the nest to flit about on my own.
... It's been so long since I've seen him laugh. Maybe I should learn how to tell jokes so that he can.

[ Warming up at the idea, she gives a nod. ] I would like it very much if you could.

[ If only Nunnally knew she was burdening her with her own pain. Then she might have actually apologized for troubling her. ]
